When Cumulative Delta is positive, it suggests that buying volume has exceeded selling volume. This indicates a potential increase in demand or buying pressure in the market. Traders interpret this as an indication of bullish sentiment and the presence of buyers. Positive Cumulative Delta can signal an influx of supply as buyers absorb sell orders, leading to upward price movement.
Traders also look for divergences between price and Cumulative Delta. If the price is making higher highs or lower lows, but the Cumulative Delta is not confirming those price moves, it can indicate a potential reversal or a change in supply dynamics. For example, if the price is making higher highs, but the Cumulative Delta is making lower highs, it suggests that supply might be entering the market, which could lead to a price reversal.

Hello Mike, thank you for this, but it has been of great value in my learning.
This chart looks similar to CL today. Very choppy in my trading window so I didn't take a position and an hour later chose to drop more. I did t like the absorbing buys/sells so I decided to come back tomorrow
So green candles with negative delta imply strong demand right?

You look out for the delta and exhaustion bar 🥱🥱
At the end even with order flow you can not find a support or resistance until the market make a lower high 😢
