although it was good as theoritical prospectiv but some more additional point required like tiket requred ,court fee shuld submit ,attrested by oath commisnar, final draft file in filing secssion not court room

भाई वीडियो प्रैक्टिकल नही हैँ. पहले suit तैयार करते हैँ फिर affdavit को oath कमिसनर से अटेस्टेड करवाते हैँ फिर कोर्ट फीस लगाते हैँ वकालतनामा पर की 5 का वेलफेयर टिकट लगाते हैँ और facilitation counter पर फ़ाइल करते हैँ ना की कोर्ट मे. फिर ये next day court मे जाता हैँ. और कोर्ट या तो एडमिट या रिजेक्ट या amendment करने को बोलता हैँ.
