Namaskar sir ji, Hamre (6 parties defendant) ke upper plaintiff ne zutha NM aur Suite dala huva hai. Aur NM aur Suite sono me plantiff ne same Gist of prays mein rakhi hai i.e. Injunction relief. Usme NM jo hai wah char saal baad court ne disposed kar diya hai. Aur abhi hearing mein court ne Framing Issues next date pe rakha hai. Abhi jo plantiff jo hai wah date par aate nahi hai aur aate hai long date lete hai. Humne lawyer ko noc dene ko kaha to wah de nahi raha hai. Aur hame bolte hai ki case hum jitenge. Lekin hamare pass sub avidence hai plantiff ke kuch bhi nahi iska matlab hai ki plantiff ne case zutha kiya hai. Aur hum log NM jeet bhi gay hai. Yah matter abhi court mein kitne samay mein khatam hoga kyunki plantiff ne hamar 🏠 dabake rakha hai. Jiske upper plantiff ne temparary relief Injunction manga tha jo mananiya court ne nakar diya hai. Abhi aahe kya hoga. Krupaya javab diziyega kyunki hum bahot hi pareshan hai. Aur hamar lawyer humein kuch such nahi batate. Aapke javab ka intezar rahega.
