This video has 1.6 millions views. I'm pretty sure they're big.
It's rare that a metal song is so sad and emotional. It's relatively easy to get the heart pumping and u feel like u could take on an army, but it's a lot harder to get something that gives u that feeling of heartache. Great job, I love this band
2024 anyone still here? I have a thing for the second half of this song, the extended chorus and the final change from "the kingdom of the dead" to "when I'm dead" just hits hard.
Totally different level to this song, when you're a widower.
This "lyric video" has a higher production quality than the music videos of 90% of all other bands :D

Holy crap. I never liked trash metal. But this is close to heavy metal and rock. This is so powerful I have tears dwelling up. I want this at my wife's funeral. She's not dead yet.

yeah man orden ogan is god like. I also have to admit scar symmetrys last album was one of the best albums ive heard i awhile in the melo death department.
The chorus is so beautiful, I couldn't keep the tears in. A song has seldom made me this emotional. Wow!

the chorus has so much powerful emotion in it. Those vocal harmonies are just so damn good. This song is just so great musically.

It's not a classical ballad, but a bit of a slower song with a very melodic chorus. I couldn't find a better term to decribe it :). I do like the song, nonetheless.

IronScooby, it opened up an entirely new philosophic and/or theologic angle for me. While the living are often encouraged to "move forward," who's to say the departed are not pressured similarly? So the last few lines really hit me hard because I hope she'll still love me in the Kingdom of the Dead. :|

Most German bands aside from the Scorpions, Blind Guardian and sometimes Edguy do not tour the U.S. for whatever reason.. Or they may come here for a festival like prog-power fest and 70,000 tons.. Besides that, nope.. Finnish and Swedish bands have no trouble coming here though.

I actually had the opportunity to see Orden Ogan at their only US performance at ProgPower in Atlanta back in 2014 - Amazing show - Met the guys backstage, very down to earth and sociable.

Orden ogan is a highly respected band sebb is one of the nicest men you will ever meet but he writes so god damn amazing music for sure. Each album different and it feels like these guys arent slowing down at all.

Roland Deschain and Susan Delgado. This song reminds me of their story. It just brings back all the emotions from the first time I read their story and now I can't stop listening to it.
