Such a nice collection! I only have seven but will expand my collection as I get more confident. I have found that watering my orchids to be very relaxing and therapeutic, strange but true. Thank you for the knowledge!

I would loooove to see an update on all your Cattleya seedlings, now almost mature. I remember some then and now sort of updates from a while ago- it would be nice to see which ones you still have growing and thriving.

Love seeing your whole room. Very very nice setup. Your monstera thai constellation is a plant I want too. Though here, it can vary on price, depending on size. But I'm saving up for it. I can understand though not spending $600, though most variegated aroids, especially bigger ones can get close to $2,000.....yeah insane. I prefer to just get starters. Also that self watering pot was really nice looking, good style. I feel eventually my orchids will all be moved(some of them) to self water pots. Since they can be very thirty plants lol. Again, very beautiful room, love the doves, and the fish tanks. 🥰

They are both females and were imprinted on eachother when I adopted them, initially I thought they were a breeding pair but nop ☺️ they love eachother very much and behave differently than other pairs I had long ago, so not sure about their degree of understanding of one another, but they very much care for eachother. So that's all that's important and yeah I believe they are lesbians, I hope I don't offend anyone by saying that, but they're my girls and they are part of my familly, not just pets ☺️

Beautiful set-up and many wonderful orchids! I'm just getting into Oncidiums and I'm so confused. When I bought it the pseudobulb was plump and nice, I kept it watered before it dried out. I repotted it a couple days ago and it had lots of healthy roots. I soaked it for 10 minutes in its bark moss mix and the next couple days it is so shriveled now. Can stress do that?

Hi, no I don't, I live in an oven so mold doesn't survive 😋 maybe a dehumidifier together with the fans will help in your plant room! Mold loves moisture and humiduty!

@@MissOrchidGirl hi, thank you for answer ❤️ I suspected that you don't have fungi problem in your climate, but I asked anyway 😅 And I didn't mean mold, I meant fungi infections mostly on new leaves, black spots that I usually fail to treat. Previously it attacked mostly my oncidiums, now also my phals. Humidity is around 30-55% so not that high imo 🤷‍♀️😅 Fan would be great, but my plants are in 3 different places around the house so for now I need to think about other solution 😂

Oooh I get it now! Hmmmm fungal infections should not happen in your climate and humidity, unless you mist your orchids which I don't think you do. The only time I had fungal issues was when I used an infected potting mix, so maybe check on that and if the medium is in good condition or broken down. Also offer a bit less water if possible, let them be dry as much as they can be dry without major visual signs like shrivelling. Refresh the air as much as you can in the room too. It is weird to have these issues and I suspect the potting mix 🤔

We had very long cold spring this year and I barely opened any windows, so maybe poor air movement was the reason I don't mist my orchids and yes, it happened my newly bought bark didn't smell nice, but now gladly I have good quality potting medium. I'll try with drying them a little bit, but besides I need to spray them with fungicide a lot. Suprisingly I don't have any pests (and I hope it'll stay that way) so I have only one battle to fight. Thank you for your answer 💖

Don’t move your plants due to video. Your camera should be adjustable due to changing light. Lots of videos on KZread about videos and gear if you needed help to do it 😊. Lovely to see all your plants, glad to see they don’t all look perfect!

I have both pink and yellow lights under each shelf, all or hids are under both of them 😊
