I have always liked lingala music because of the effort the musicians put into producing good vocals. When I heard this song for the first time, I thought that the lead singer was a super human because of his superlative performance. RIP Nzayadio. Long live Vata Mombasa , the composer.
Congo mlibarikiwa sana jamani. Huu wimbo unagusa hadi hisia za ndani kabisa. When music was real music!
The good old days of the dominance of the Congolese music in the continent. We didn't know what they were singing about, we were still mimicking their voices and just dancing our young lives away. Still listening solely to Congolese music.

Rip...Elisha oongo, jaling obilla Patrice lumumba alumni Mbita boys high school.
the masterpiece from natural talented zaireous brothers may god bless them ; this was/is classic performance by the group lipua lipua in 1970’s ; the whole continent was behind them
every time I listened to this song it helped me a lot during my dark days of carrying the burden of taking care of my family(my young sisters and brothers) after the death of my loved father, that life will never come again !!
Et, j'avais 14ans en 1974. On portait les chaussures modèle 3:. Les pantoufles était à la mode 🔥🔥🔥🔥.
Just imagine if this kind of musicians could still be around at this particular time..l remember they could take months for just one single composition.. not like nowadays whereby one could produce music within two days..
C'était la belle époque d'écouter les mélodies de l'orchestre Lipua-lipua car il y avait du talent.Hommage à tous les musiciens de cette époque..
RIP Tedia Leader vocalist and composer
A perfect blend of musical instruments and talent
Vraiment, à cette époque là tout était à la portée de tout un chacun.
No one can compose and sing like this these days.

What a good old days hooooooo for these kind of melodies .there can be no time to remember like when we could just sit and listen to such musicians gone never will we have such
My best song !no others which Bear everything, vocals, guitars etc, well composed.
1974 I was in my 3rd Primary Class and this music used to be played on Radio Uganda. My big brother, a soldier during Amin's regime had brought home a wooden radio, National Hi-Fi with an external speaker and things were just kawa! I like the instruments more.

The vocals and the whole arrangement is out of this world. This kinda guys happen only once in a lifetime.
Its strange but everyone has a story to tell about the same music it doesnt matter you location, little did the musicians knew the effect it would have on the people.
