Thank you for posting this! I'm waiting for mine to come and this has got me very excited 😊
Beautiful ambient piece
Really useful, educational video, thanks for making this. There are some great reviewers out there, but once bought, seeing someone use it in practice like this is of longer term use. Looking forward to more like this. Subscribed :)

wow thank you so much!
very inspired, getting mine tomorrow!
Well made. Subscribed for more Tracker content! Cheers. PS: That packing job was terrifying. Glad everything was ok.
Just got one and have been going through some videos here. I really like your approach to the tracker.
Thanks for sharing, really inspiring
Lovely. That's a pretty machine, too.
Very cool. I’m saving for one now and also planning on using it for ambient. Had an Octatrack and workflow wasn’t for me. Like the way the workflow looks/works much better on the Tracker. Very informative video!

I didn't end up liking the Octatrack either! It definitely has some advantages over the Tracker but being intuitive is not one of them!
Thank you. I learned some useful information.
Ace. I knew that once people started getting their hands on the Tracker, we'd start hearing more interesting music than straight up jungle/breakbeat/DnB from the demo scene of yesteryear. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but the melodic and ambient potential of this device is immense, especially when you consider the performance mode for improvisation and the random fill and chance functions.

Nice early overview! Trying to decide myself on how helpful (or distracting!) this little box could be :)

For me it's almost everything I could want in a sampler, and they just updated the firmware today so it's getting some TLC from the devs too. If you've ever thought about getting a Digitakt but don't really get along with the Elektron systems (like me) it's at a similar price point and has a lot of similar features.

jez spirit - I used to have a Digitakt. Currently have an Octatrack mk2 and I like it a lot, but sometimes working in different machines can bring about new ideas, which makes the Tracker intriguing. Your video makes it even more so :)
Mine came with the box like that too so strange. Thanks for the video
sweet. thanks.
Did you see they just added reverb to the OS release today?

I hadn't seen that! That's great news
Wow it turns on really fast. Those it was in some kind of standby mode? BTW: original approach, very informative and eye opening clip. Cheers
I can't wait for mine to come. The first programs I used were trackers but to Habe it in a tiny case like this is fantastic. How do you feel about it a year later? Great video.

I still love it! I find myself mostly using it to control midi on my sc88 or chopping up the radio with, since I'm kind of lazy about properly loading samples. The only complaints are that I think the sample memory limit is small and when I was using the experimental firmware it would crash every now and then, but once I switched back to the stable one it hasn't been a problem. It's really good at sequencing the sc88 and I've been learning a ton from working with it.

@@jezspirit great to hear! Currently waiting on mine hopefully here today. That sounds like a lot of fun. Must try and combine it with other units. Cheers for the reply mate
can you put links to where you got some of these samples

They're mostly vsts, so Blisko Cello from Felt Instruments and Arturia V Collection
I have the impression that the polyend is not guaranteed alone, because it will always depend on samples, I am still afraid of having a gear, which costs much more expensive proportionally outside the countries of its construction
