Dude, be careful not to push yourself too hard, otherwise you might find yourself down the path these songs describe and i can tell you, from personal experience, it fucking sucks. Just remember: as long as you're eating healthy (that doesn't mean never eating junk food btw, don't restrain yourself too much) and in regular amounts, your body will adjust to whatever weight it's healthy for you. Be safe ❤
