Orange Flavored Salmon | 橙香三文鱼

__________________________________________________________________________________________________Recipe:
1. Zest the orange
2. Cut the orange in half and 2 slices
3. Juice the orange
4. Marinate the salmon with salt, black pepper and 2 tbsps orange juice. Leave it for 10 mins
5. Fry the salmon
6. Add 1 tbsp sugar to orange juice
7. Add the juice to the pan and cook for 5 mins
8. Spoon the sauce over the salmon
9. Assemble the salmon in plate. Add sauce, orange slices and orange zest on top of it.

300g salmon filet
1 orange
1 tbsp sugar
sea salt
black pepper

Hello. Great salmon recipe. I live in the USA in Washington state. I catch my own salmon and will be fishing next Tuesday. This is something very different from what I see normally and i find it very interesting. I'll use this if I catch a salmon next week. Lastly i saw your channel is new so I subscribed to help out. @@cookWithYuyu2024 and good luck with your channel. Fyi just for fun if I catch a salmon next week I'll use your recipe but grill over charcoal and up load the catch AND cook on my channel. It will be my first cook video up load so wish me luck. I'll mention your channel.
