ive been wondering about my results for a while now and have no one to tell me if the insulin is normal. my results: glucose- fasting 5.20 mmol/L 60 mins 8.70 mmol/L 120mins 6.80 mmol/L insulin- fasting 16.7 uIU/mL 60 mins 119 uIU/mL 120 mins 130 uIU/ml i was diadnosed with insulin resistance two years ago and wondering if it got any better. thanks!
