As a small creator myself I use the Boompop 2 for basic things like checking the background noise in my videos when editing and it does well for me.

I also think so about the colors😅😢 i usually wear only black or neutral colors but i wish they could change that

For workouts having something small in your ears is a good choice in my opinion. Headphones are larger and do not cut it for me during workouts but rather having something small(earbuds) looks better in my opinion. They do not have an IP rating/ water resistance rating.

TBH the BoomPop2 is the biggest disappointment I’ve had in a while. Bought the Original BoomPop in February and the BoomPop2 late May. Right off the bat, I could tell the BoomPop2’s build was lacking. The bass is too juiced. Got the EQ app and the Rock profile was barely acceptable. Build material is just worse. Left ear hinge broke 3 weeks into use. I think the only thing they got right in the 2 is the battery life (main attraction point. The Original BoomPop? Still rocking. My daily driver. The sound and build quality is just sublime. Battery still takes me 2 days nonstop after almost 6 months.

The build ??? Wow, it is reinforced with metal and my Boompop 1 is already broken. Sound might be different for all us but build I don’t agree.

True the headband is metal reinforced though you will be shocked at the thin plastic responsible for all that ear cup rotation and bending. If metal was actually suppose to be used then the ear cup swivel should be primary considering the huge amount of stress it goes through. As for sound, true we all look for different things when listening to music though a booming bass is not a true test of raw sound quality. Before juicing with EQs, the base speaker delivering the sound ought be naturally responsive to all sound range. For a simple test, plug by cable both earpiece and listen to the same music. Do same with Bluetooth only this time, flatten the EQ on the BP2 via it’s app.

@eseyeromeo907 with the head band Yh it’s thinner than the original Boompop but there’s an upside to that which makes it more flexible to fit larger heads and comfortably sit on your ear 👂. For I will try what you suggested out and see but I personally do not use the EQ settings in the app, I don’t even use the app at all.

I would choose the Boompop 2 😅. The FreePods has a lot of features but is not good at a specific thing, it’s not louder than the bommpop 2, it cost’s more than the Boompop and the Boompop has a better mic as well.

The P47 is way cheaper with awesome battery life (8.5/10) but not so good sound (6/10) it’s an on ear headphone( not so comfortable) but it’s way cheaper. There are more options but you would have to try them yourself.
