First, reset it. If that doesn't fix it, take it to carl care.

I hate the clear plastic lid. Looks nice but one day you will drop it, it will crack and not look nice anymore. Even if you don't crack it, it will scratch up so bad it will look horrible after a few months.

A lady ordered this earbud because it has no stem. Even with so much conviction, she went for these airbuds. I prefer the stem design of free pods 4 or space pods to stemless. During my testing, I didn't experience pain. So, it is different strokes for different folks.
