These legacy databases have vendor lock-ins, run on on-premise data centers, are difficult to maintain and are expensive to license. In this session, we will cover how Broadcom Software successfully migrated from an #Oracle RAC Cluster to #PostgreSQL HA Cluster with near zero downtime. We will go into specifics about migration methodologies, tools used, challenges encountered, data migration, data validation and PostgreSQL best practices. We will also share our experiences running PostgreSQL and some of the pitfalls to avoid.

Looks like content was good but couldn't present well due to tons of questions /interruptions in every line item. Love to see one continuous session going over with technical details with pre, post migration steps
Nice information, but it would be better to have a separate Q&A round. It could have been more enjoyable and less cumbersome.
why was cloud sql for postgresql not leveraged?
Just a high level question why don't we directly use the. MDF files of oracle and then restore it at postgre? Is this feasible option and if it's yes then just do let us know if we do have any such options.. BTW thanks for such useful information..
It'd be a great presentation if that dude didn't keep interrupting the hosts.
the guy interrupting is a real pain...
How you can help me to show a small demo
the guy ruined the whole presentation by keeps asking questions...
