This is false. Elon's companies have not been major contributors to neural nets. Ellison suspiciously avoids mentioning Google in the entire talk, even though Google invented transformers etc etc (the T in GPT). This is clearly because Google is a cloud competitor whereas Elon is not.

Personally, I tried to buy Oracle database for the investment bank that relocated me to SF & was adamantly refused. That man had a strange thing against Larry ellison, and i never repeated how he had been defamed (nor had i ever heard of anyone being so defamed) I foresee that Oracle can build a Ai for tax purposes into their databases and that would be awesome...I'd love to make money doing that!

OK it looks like APEX is a standard low-code generation tool. I see that there is a video about it in 2020 before the LLM hype. So the question is to what extent have LLMs been integrated into the tool.

AI .... at the end of the day ..... is a glorified copy machine , like Xerox - it only copies- using probabilities between words .
