Hello, Nice to know your interest. Most of Oracle Tuning interviews will be based on various issues one has faced in their projects /prior assignments, and how one has addressed. What are various possible solutions for one problem in different environments? what are quick fix solutions , what are design related solutions etc, such things are expected from a tuning professional. Mostly , one line answers will be very less in the interviews. If one has atleast BASIC TUNING knowledge/approach/steps they can perform well in the interviews and also in the projects.
