you are doing it wrong, the recommended way is using Oracle AutoUpgrade ♥️

There are various methods for database upgradations, I have shown one of them and this is correct, you should also try this out. Both methods are right upgradation process. If have any query or concern mention in comment I will help u out. Thank you
