I got caught speeding twice here in Thailand, both on radar cameras, doing about 130 in a 90 highway zone, it's very easy to do! Paid 500 baht each at the post office.

LFP also has a flatter charging curve than NMC - it'll stay quite near full voltage for most of the charge. This could be an advantage.

Lol .. nice ending .. reminds me of day 4 with my model 3 LR .. hopped in the car put my foot on the brake and screen filled with alerts. Turned out to be a faulty inverter for the rear motor which then caused the pyro fuse to blow

Very interesting ev ... It will sell like hot cake in Europe, if priced reasonably. Not many good EVs in this size, and good range. Should not be a problem getting spare parts, like the MG ZS EV.

£22,500 base model in UK after Government subsidies. Not entirely sure if it's this version as I find the versions and spec a bit confusing.

Would you buy this egg of a car for 30 grand? Its ugly, software is wierd, unusual materials inside, who is going to fix it when something goes wrong, ... i see nothing in this. Would rather buy an ICE car

My grandmother is in the Tak City, so this year I will try this street food vendor. 16:47 Pad Kra Pao without any chili is rare. Many vendors can cook Pad Kra Pao but can't cook it without chili.

Hi Bjorn - I love your videos! I went for a test drive of the Good Cat in Chiang Mai. I was surprised that the salesperson couldn't or didn't know how to change the display language into English. Isn't it just a toggle on the display somewhere? Also, when I tried to download the App from the iTunes store, it wasn't available. Is that a country issue, as my iTunes is still registered to the UK store.

The car being liquid cooled only is not an excuse to overheat. They should just increase the size of the radiator, the flow of the pumps, whatever. The Zoe has an air cooled (wich is supposedly worse than liquid cooling) motor and didn't overheat when Kyle absolutely thrashed it in the Nurburgring.

does the OraCat have V2L? (like the BYD Dolphin?)

Well, Bjorn, you blast down the highway at 120 km/h. Of course you get less range out from the battery pack. The optimal speed for lot viechle is around 90 km/h, you might get another 30 to 50 km out from the cat if you use adaptive CC AT 90. LOL

Interestingly it's a car of the length of an ID3, but quite much lighter, that explains a lot... I'm wondering if they cut too much corners to achieve that... The end of the video is indeed not very promising :p With such as the Dacia Spring we're starting to see emerging a category of cheaper EVs with lesser equipment, less power, but then lower weight and with better autonomy!... Really nice... The Tesla Model 2 could well be positioned in this category.

Open the windows ya gobshite... Yeah lovely car with lovely colours. Nice little thing.

You estimated about 380 kilometers of range in a car thats published specification is at 500 kilometers. Falls quite a bit short. Your Tesla long range has a specified range of 570 kilometers but your test showed 602 kilometers well exceeding the published range. I guess we'll see what the actual range is in the next episode. It would also be interesting to see if the range would suffer with 4 people in the car given the lowish power output of the single motor. But the published range standards might be different too?

GWM used NEDC to specify range. That's why. In the old days, Tesla also made the same mistake by claiming that Model S 85/P85 had 500 km NEDC range whereas real world range was 400 km.

GWM has a factory in Europe, ummmm........ in Russia. However, GWM plans to buy Nissan's plant in Spain. It is believed that there will be ORA cats produced in Europe in the near future
