തറയിൽ നിന്നും മൂന്നടിയോളം ഉയരത്തിൽ brick ചെയ്ത ശേഷം ചെയ്യുക or ഒരു ചുറ്റുവരാന്ത ചെയ്യുക , വലിയ തട്ടലും മുട്ടലും ഉണ്ടായില്ലെങ്കിൽ പഴക്കം പ്രശ്നം വരില്ല.👍

കുറെ കാലമായി ഞങ്ങൾ aac brick ന്റെ work ചെയുന്നു.. Aac brick ഒരെണ്ണത്തിനെ വില 8" നു 150 രൂപ ആണ്..2 feet നീളവും 8/8 വണ്ണവും.. ഇത്‌ ജോയിന്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ ഇതിന്റെ paste വേണം..ക്വാളിറ്റി യിൽ പണിയുമ്പോൾ expense കുറവൊന്നും ഇല്ല...

Joints crack in the case of V boards, even after using wire mesh. I think AAC panels also will have the same joint issue. Can you clarify?

The ratio of vertical joint crack is very low in these panels compared to V board and AAC block. Generally PU sealant is the best option to prevent cracks.

AAC BLOCK മെറ്റീരിയൽ ഉള്ളിൽ ഉള്ളതിനാൽ വീടിന്റെ അകത്തേക്ക് ചൂട് എടുക്കൽ വളരെ കുറവ് മാത്രമാണ്.. മാത്രമല്ല തീ പിടിച്ചാൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 2-3 മണിക്കൂർ വരെ ഫയർ റെസിസ്റ്റൻസ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും... കേരളത്തിലെ എല്ലാ കാലാവസ്ഥയിലും ഈ പ്രോഡക്റ്റ് അനുയോജ്യമാണ്.

Fiber cement board ആണ്.. ഉള്ളിൽ aac യും..സിമൻ്റ് വച്ച് തേച്ച പോലെ തന്നെ ഇത് നിൽക്കും. വെള്ളം വീണാൽ കേടാവില്ല.. പക്ഷേ water proof അല്ല..water resistance ഉള്ള പെയിൻ്റ് അടിച്ചാൽ മതി.

ഇല്ല.. റൂഫ് പണി തീർന്നതിനു ഉള്ളിൽ ആണ് ഇത് ഉപയോഗിക്കേണ്ടത്.

വെള്ളം കയറുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് ഇത് വെച്ചാൽ കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടോ . എല്ലാ വർഷവും വെള്ളം കേറും

ശെരിയാണ്. വീഡിയോ ഷൂട്ട്‌ ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചില്ല. എഡിറ്റിംഗ് സമയത്താണ് കണ്ടത്. പിന്നെ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല ഇത് load ബീറിങ് അല്ല ന്നു പറയുന്നുണ്ടല്ലോ. പിന്നെ യൂണിറ്റ് പ്രൈസ് quantity ക്കു അനുസരിച്ചു ചെറിയ വ്യത്യാസങ്ങൾ വരും എന്നുള്ളത് കൊണ്ടാണ് പറയാത്തത്. ഏകദേശം 90/- per sqft ആണ് രണ്ട് ഇഞ്ച് പാനൽ ന്റെ വില

സ്ഥലം താമരശ്ശേരി 350 sqft ഉണ്ട് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുമോ?
