Options Trading VS Intraday Trading VS Swing Trading VS Long-term Investing | This is a video for the Stock Market for Beginners. If you're new to stock market and want to know how and where to start, we'll help you find out the best way to get rich from stock market with small money. Most people are confused about trading vs investing. Whether they should trade or invest in share market to get rich.
In this video, we'll find out the basics of all these 4 investment strategies for beginners. From trading to investing, From Options Trading vs. intraday vs. swing to Long-term Investing, we'll understand what level of risk each category has. Then we'll understand what amount of money you need to start each type of stock market trading or investing. Then we'll understand what kind of knowledge you need to become an expert starting from a complete beginner in the share market in India.
Let's start with the riskiest one:
Options Trading for Beginners: Options trading involves trading in options where you buy or sell call or put options. In this, we bet that a stock or index will not go above or below a certain price also called a strike price. So the option buyer has the chance to earn unlimited profit and the option seller gets a limited profit also called the option premium.
Intraday trading: Next is intraday trading where the traders buy a stock intending to sell it on the specific day itself. In intraday trading, we get margin which is also called leverage or lent money from the broker. In this strategy, we can earn a few thousand rupees daily or also lose the same amount daily.
Swing trading. This is the third and the easiest type of trading where you just need to earn to read a few chart patterns and you can start swing trading. However, even in this, there is a risk of losing money. This is also the least riskiest option of all three trading options.
Long-term investing: This is the last and the most boring type of trading option in the stock market. It is actually called as investing because you invest the money and leave it there to grow. However, here we can get really rich with the power of compounding also called as the magic of compound interest. A small sum of money can become really big and we can achieve financial freedom early with this strategy too. If you invest directly in stocks, you can also get dividends which can help you earn monthly income from stock market (dividend income) without any effort or hardwork.
