Why two companies who are leaders in a sector with almost same market cap has significant difference in PEs.. For Exp:- Divis and Dr Reddy's. Market cap is almost same. Sales growth is not significantly different. Same with Net Profits. Face value is 5 Rs vs 2 Rs. Still Dr Reddys' PE is 20 where as Divis has 78. Why is it so ? Nevin from Bangalore

Don't listen to anybody, invest in bankbees or whetever interest you get monthly do SIP. More than 99% investors don't beat mutual funds. Mutual funds drawdown is also less. Choose flexicap or midcap for 20% cagr.

"Buy sheep (cheap) sell deer (dear)" --- suns up what market (or even life) is all about.
