I just got too busy with Chlorine King and also the new pool building/renovation company I started with partners 2 years ago. However, with that said, I thought about picking it back up but do video podcasts. Like Joe Rogan or Shawn Ryan.
Doesn't raising the stabilizer levels up to higher than normal help with this?

Unfortunately not with heat/burnoff. That’s why bromine is used in spas and not stabilized chlorine because bromine has a much better heat tolerance regarding water temp. Extra stabilizer could help with sunny days to protect the chlorine from the sun, but not heat in and of itself. Thanks for watching.

@ChlorineKingPoolService makes sense completely. I just know in the summer and in heated pools I typically raise the CYA to 80-100 vs 50-60 and I guess I've just been lucky. If that doesn't work with problematic pools, I tell the customer to either buy a pool rx or I have to charge them more monthly. Thanks for another great video brother 👍🏻

It’s always a great idea to raise it in the summer like you do. More splash out, then more refill. It also helps with our summer rains that never end. I can only imagine people that keep stabilizer at 30 can have the pool flip with one bad storm or swim party. You’re doing it right and thank you! 🙏
