i have 3 boys and my second born was my biggest baby, weighing 10lbs 6onz, my firsy weighed 7lbs 14onz and my third son was 9lbs 8onz i had no sickness with any of them and i had a dream before each birth that they were boys. I have 4 years between each of their birth months and 4 years between each of the years they were born. They are now 17, 13, and 9. Children really are such a blessing i think your having a boy but regardless of its gender its a blessing for you all, i hope you have a safe and quick labour. p.s your daughter is so cute (your double).

I have been getting leg cramps at night and I think I’m low in potassium and magnesium and need to up my hydration. Super great video with a lot of really valuable information. I’ve heard this before from another creator I like to follow, so I like the further confirmation 😊 I’m not pregnant, but I’m starting to prepare my body for conception, I thinks it’s so important to get a head start on these diet tips even before you’ve concieved. I blend my raw beef liver into a smoothie, the biggest tip is to include whole raw milk in the smoothie, it helps cut the taste to the point where you would have no idea it’s there. Another food that’s a mineral powerhouse is beef bone marrow, and it’s soooo delicious. My favorite way to eat it is to roast it in the oven and then spread it over toasted sourdough. It’s fatty and so nourishing.

I recently became vegan because the meats at the grocery stores are filled with hormones and crap. Im a single adult and work as a teacher so its hard for me to cook daily. My diet is primarily sweet potato, avocado, rice, quinoa, tofu, mushrooms, chickpeas, potato or pea-based meat subs, and other fruits and veggies. I eat Annie Chun’s noodle bowls every Monday-Friday. It does have canola oil but i can pronounce all the ingredients and it has 12g of protein & my lunch is ready in 2 mins! I maybe get 50g of protein a day and wonder if that’s why I get pimples at 27! Ugh so much conflicting info about diets. Sourcing hormone free meat in my area would be difficult or expensive. Maybe I could find eggs? Anywho, this was just a brain dump. Thank you for your help.

Sugar and refined carbohydrates are far more damaging to cholesterol/ blood pressure than good quality beef. I think also when you’re pregnant the number one priority is growing a healthy baby, and cholesterol is very very very important for fetal development. Another great option is venison, a lot of grocery stores are starting to carry ground venison usually from New Zealand, all they red meat is 100% grass fed so it’s much more lean than traditional grain fed animals and very nutrient dense. 😊

Maybe this isn't the channel for you. Veladya is a certified herbalist. Plus she lives in free thinking. Most of the things your government is telling you to do is so that you add more money into their pockets. They're getting paid off of your prescriptions, your doctors, and your fear. The funeral homes is getting paid off of your death. She has her own farm and knows the sources of where her food is coming from. Keep believing what your government and Society is telling you.
