Age has had it's way with me but I always look ahead and never feel bad about being unable to play anymore. I love Connie Smith. She looks so lovely for her age. I was diagnosed with MS almost 6 years ago. I’ve been in a wheelchair since being diagnosed at 58. Such a special night. I wish I could of been there live. Wonderful to watch.❤️❤️❤️

The first time I saw Connie Smith was on the cover of her latest LP entitled Downtown because she covers Petula Clark's song on it. On the cover she has long brown hair and knee high white boots. Nancy's hit, boots were made for walking was top ten, feels like yesterday..I surely wish that now was way back then, You see my Dad passed away this past Wednesday.. Streets of gold and no more sin, reunited with beloved kin, Lord I'd like to see his grin, when he hears Once a Day. He always thought Connie Smith was an angel anyway...

Never was isn't and never will be a better singer in any genre and a wonderful lady. ❤❤❤❤

I have been to the Grand Ol Opry 3 times once in 2015 and twice in 2018 and would love to visit again but of course Covid has put paid to that for now. I am 71 years old and from New Zealand and have dreams of returning to grandest place on earth one day. Thanks for sharing this show.

I LOVE CONNIE SMITH AND MARTY STEWART IS SO HANDSOME AND PRECIOUS TO ME!

My 3 favorites, Marty & Connie and Lee Ann Womack, they are the best. When I hear Marty on Saturday night, I know that it's going to be the feelings of love and good old Country Music, like when I was a teenager in the Hee Haw Days, I miss them but Marty & Connie makes that thought and feelings. Her voice was so unique and never sounded like anyone else. Her and Marty's age difference was what mine and my husband's age difference was. When you find your "true love", there is no gap at all..... music is something that kept my husband and I in tune with one another and obviously that's the same with Marty and Connie....great show, thanks for posting!

Years ago Marty came in my Waffle House in Charleston SC. Was such a gentleman. We had to some girls thrown out due to the fact they wanted to ask stupid and try to attack him. He left me $100 tip

I can't remember if it was Hank Snow or George Jones on the show that night at the same time, but I'm thinking it was George. @@marilynfielding5866 Happy you are living your dream. I had many opportunities to sing with some of the country music greats on stage.....Meryl Haggard, George Jones, Connie Smith, and many others. I enjoyed it while it lasted, but it was not something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I had attended and graduated college by that time and majored in Adult Education - teaching post-secondary level - College classes. So, I ended up teaching college courses in a college outside of Atlanta, GA.I am happily retired now and enjoying every minute of it. I was blessed to meet and appear on stage with so many of the "older" greats and that's where the true country music roots lie. The person I enjoyed meeting the most was Dolly Parton. What you see is exactly what you get. She's a lovely lady who will never change for anyone. Congrats and continued blessings for your musical journey.
