When Oprah said that & the part about not having many regrets, I started to cry, bc I stopped, took stock, & realized that she had just cemented a belief that I've carried for 2 decades, yet never took time to appreciate. 😅 What a Blessing!😌 Have a Beautiful Day!! ✌💗💞

I love Oprah so much. She changed my life seriously. Reading her books 'What I know for sure' and watching her show on KZread. I was lost but now I found my purpose. It all started with Oprah. Thank God Oprah was born and despite everything she went through she followed her instincts and became Oprah. Thank God for this beautiful soul.

I cried throughout Oprah¬s letter, as that was me two years ago, couldn't understand why every time I succeeded my boyfriend hated it, then the girls too I thought I was friends with, I lost hope but now I am back, I am proud of me, I was waiting for people to be proud of me, no I am proud of me, I should be, I was scared ten years ago when I came to the UK with £50 in my pocket ( I thought I was rich coming from Africa) . I was so scared but now I am settled in the UK, my own successful business and life but I only started being proud two years ago, I felt scared to be proud of myself, I picked the wrong friends too, so they should be proud of me but still I couldn't relax, until I realised it was me all along.. Me I had to teach to relax..

Absolutely beautiful. It was really interesting how she said that the guy she brought to the studio seemed less than impressed, but she later realized that he was just acting that way because he was intimidated. That is such truth.

Darling Oprah...it was a blessed time in November 1989 when I had the chance to see her show and realize what a jewel she truly is. 💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙

I relate to her soooo much. I too was molested, narc abusive mother etc. Anxiety, clinical depression in my teens. im 21 now. Still dealing with self estem issues and cant seem to detach from mt narc abusive mother and siblings. but i know ill get there. Anyone else who has been abused as a child? Hang in there....there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I promise. Humans are not scary and the only person you need to have holding your hand is yourself. God is always with you. ESPECIALLY when you notice his existence. Then he's never leaving you

Oprah's very wise she made her own way through life But she is no saint and she has her own struggles. With food that means It's not what she's eating its what's eating her. And I'm not sure she likes white people. She has never helped them. Like she always does for black people.. She also struggles with commitment. To her boyfriend And her Legacy when she leaves she has no children to leave at 2. That is the life she chose. Success

Thank-you for posting this. iInever watched Oprah but many friends of my did. I used to think why so dependent on a talk show host ? "Figure out stuff for yourself, read Anna Karenina without having to go to her to explain it. Think for yourself." I once saw her on New Bond Street in London. I was shopping with my family and we stopped into a small gallery and popped upstairs. As I was going back down she was coming up this very narrow staircase with an enormous smile on her face. Her energy was such that I had never encountered... ever. I enjoyed watching her Incredible self- reflection in this video. It was lovely, honest and very moving. I'll watch it again. Note to self....listen to your friends !
