Correct bro...For every Logistics or Supply chain related jobs, companies are asking more than 5 years of work experience in that particular field. Even I applied to around 15 companies and no one called back.

For Supply Chain jobs experience needed, also very rare to find job even after 4 years experience. You need to known some software skills, English Communication skills and local languages known. Above all points are based on my 4 years experience.
