⁠@alazarbekele4223that would’ve been competitive tbh. Khamzat seems to have low cardio while colby has a good gas tank, but khamzat seems to be a better overall fighter. But like I said before, his cardio could be the downfall of him throughout the rounds

He definitely deserves it. He’s one of the best to ever do it. That’s just a fact. He’s not getting this shot for any other reason than his ability to preform in the octagon. I agree about the 2 year thing but that’s only because people talk crap about him then don’t want to lose to him after so they won’t fight him. There’s none in the WW division that can beat him but marty usman. I’m sure if they run it back with the state usman is in Colby would win that. I’m sure that’s going to happen after Colby wins this fight. 🤞I don’t eat my words. 😅

Half of the people from his last 6 fight retired. Do you think that makes them any less of a competitor? He’s just that good bro. Put aside feelings and only look at skill. He arguably won the first fight with usman if going off points. The second match I think usman did a lot better and was better that night. Colby is one of the best WW that’s just a fact. People that hate him even say it. People way more qualified than you and I. Even usman thinks Colby will win this fight. Look at fighter predictions.

Literally no one was talking about how bloody good Leon is! Everyone was writing him off against Usman in both fights! I had Leon all day! He is the crème of the crop! He is the most dynamic MMA practioners in the UFC let alone the WW division.

He's the izzy adesanya of the welterweight division, but I'd argue he's a better striker than izzy, and leon is miles ahead of izzy on the ground, id argue he beats shavkat because shavkat got pieced up by Geoff neal. If he can stop the tds, which If he can defend usmans im sure he can, he beats shavkat. Leon is a pure tactician I love it, sure bum rushing guys is fun, but those guys always come to a screeching hunt. Leon is built for a long reign like izzy

@@martyfakenewsman101 hes nasty, I think his personal kinda effects his aura. He's soft spoken, and a good guy. He doesn't get finishes but he has a solid chin. He's been rocked but he doesn't go out, and I think thats credit to his weight cut, he's big, but never had weight issues, never see him struggling on the scale, what he did to usman in that round one really showed me alot, then the second fight hes so good at getting to his feet. Hes only getting better on the ground. He may not be the most exciting, but he still owns the best KO ever tbh. Literally hands down the best highlight ever. No argument. The way shavkat struggled to get wonderboy down, I don't see him getting leon down, leon has awesome defense. Rarely gets tagged badly, he rolls with punches well, hes undeniable. I see him starching belal. Belal is solid but his striking just isn't up to par with leon. Belal will struggle on the feet for sure, and I don't see his ground control better that usman. So what the hell

Leon's cage control and distance management is top tier as well, thats what sets him apart from everyone, thats why I compared him to izzy. Even tho I dislike izzy, izzy has great distance management

Its crazy how leons getting hate for being inactive, but people are praising Colby and want him to win, and yet Leon has already defended the title once, is scheduled to defend it again, but somehow the less active colby who fights once whenever he feels like it is the hero. They will always doubt Leon, and hopefully he'll prove them wrong once more

Leon accomplished everything that Jorge couldn't. One of them was a journeyman, the other is a champion.

Incredible story. This one was quite different from other BEFORE and AFTERs, where fighters kept proving doubters wrong and raising their own stocks after each victory, yet Leon somehow managed to see his reputation continue to plummet despite every victory. All up until that head kick. That changed his entire life's narrative forever, and he sealed it with that convincing rematch performance. Bravo, Rocky. 👏

Just was about to comment this. What a man Leon is. To put so much effort into getting ready for a fight and nobody appreciating what he's done has to be a terrible feeling. Leon felt that over and over again but still kept grinding.

I’ll never forget the goosebumps that this gave me watching this

Leon revolutionized the clinch game in the ww division. He's got amazing takedown defense, he's good enough on the ground to take out pretty much anyone, and his elbows and kicks destroy people. He's the most complete fighter in the division, and he's going to destroy Colby unless that hiatus has given him time to bring something new. I really hope that he didn't just sit on his ass waiting for "what he deserves" man needs to have leveled up, or he's going to get stomped.

Destroy? Hes got 1 finish recently. 11 fight unbeaten streak is super impressive. Hes got skills no doubt. Colby gonna pressure him like no one has ever done and try and break him. Colby being 35 and sitting on a break doesn’t help his chances but I’m hoping Colby cheese gets it done. Leon Rocky got his due. Hell b back.

Great vids, as always. I find Leon kind of boring. Exciting finishes are what people like to see. He beat Diaz, yes but like you said that last exchange knocked out all his momentum. The head kick was great and he gets those props for it but the rematch and both of their hesitation to engage lessened both or their stock but more so Edwards in my opinion. Colby will be interesting. I think if Leon wins via vicious KO he will gain some fans but if its a decision people will be even more less excited and if he looses it will be "i told you so". Lets hope its at least exciting.

The trilogy fight with Usman was pretty fun, I don't know how anyone can say it was boring. Was it 'boring' because Leon shutdown Usman and made him look human? I guess peeps were expecting Usman to dominantly regain his title and were disappointed it didn't happen.
