@@robmckrill3134 It was the shove that threw me off the most. In the moment I figured he was on a draw and I was reluctant to put in the bet on the river in the first place. Even though I knew I should call a shove, it really just confirmed to me he hit a flush. If I just needed to call a min raise, I'd might have thought he had two pair or a worse set or even just a weak flush and either call or shove myself. Plus, if I just called I'd only lose enough to still break even for the night. So I'd have to say I'd have called it.

Too greedy with the nut flush hand. May work against guys like Nik Airball or Charles at Hustler’s high stake, but don’t think so at 1-2 game.

River jam when having the nut flush is too greedy especially you are holding the nut and second nut flush yourself, you are not jamming with anything worse than a flush there easy fold, should have raise 450-500

He's either getting paid or not, what ever the amount he raises raising this card is strong, especially when villain blocks all the top pairs and would have heard from sets earlier.

The pot was $572 and the SB had around $615 left so makes sense to go all-in. Wolfgang’s already polarised the way the hand played out so might as well go big

Not to be that guy to downplay a good fold. He made a good fold for sure but in terms of hand strength AK is pretty much the same as AA. Because you are replying flush or nothing you are not value betting two pair set on that board like ever. hell AK with the K of clubs might be a better call than set of aces.

I agree that AK (with the king of clubs) is a better call. AA blocks Ax hands turned into bluffs more than AK does, Kc blocks the flush, also as you said it’s pretty much flush, maybe a straight or nothing

Easy fold on your jam. You played your hand like a draw. Never raised for protection then shove on the river to his bet. An old poker saying is if an opponent wants to shove big on a river they have the nuts. It stands true 95% of the time.

That fold against your nut flush not that hard of a fold. I don’t think he thinks you’re ever bluffing here, or doing it with worse value. His line looks super strong even less likely that’s the case. Maybe a raise to $450-$500 would get a call, or give him some room to jam for thin value
