The Reno 8 5G is OPPO's successor to the Reno 7, sporting Mediatek's 6nm Dimensity 1300 processor which is pretty competitive for its price point. It is priced at about $375 and packs some interesting features.

Definitely oppo performance is bettet because of the cpu Galaxy a updates are giving a ton of features that never bug in my experience but the ui is glitchy as f00k snd a53 is even slower than a52s Go for the oppo dude Or go for realme gt2 but the battery life will be bad but its the fastest at 300€ right now
Really like the design of this device Buh that bottom bezel and the lack of stereo speakers 💀

Curve display in v25 pro + battery life is very very good in v25 pro but also pay 7-8k extra for v25 pro | decide yourself

How would you compare this with Samsung Galaxy A73 5G please? I am currently in dilemma, especially that Oppo Reno8 comes with a charger in the box and even a fast charging of about 80W. IP67 water & dust resistance could be a gimmick to some; so it's not that necessary. Thank you and in anticipation of your verdict on that please. PeaceOut! 🤝🏼

Compared to the A73 the Reno 8 5G has a faster processor. The A73 costs more but is also the device with the much better cameras. If I have to choose I'll go with the A73 because of the software support up to 4 years, better cameras and reliability of Snapdragon processors. But if none of the above is a deal breaker, the Reno 8 seems like a very reasonable choice

Bluetooth can never replace a wired earphone. There will be a slight delay in the sound.

It's a bag of shit if you watching video and internet changes from 4g to 5g every time is stops loading and crashing. And there is no option to switch off 5g
That chin is wider than on oppo Reno 5 4G ,,they shud have at least minimised that chine with given price tag

Lol looks better maybe. Performance wise you can't compare the Snapdragon 695 to the Dimensity 1300. Go and research

Oppo reno 8 5G phone is poor durability.Dont vuy it. If you buy it, definitely you will loose money in one and half year..I bought it one year ago. After one year the reno 8 5g was frozen problem .it will automatically off with black screen. When I approach oppo service centre ,they simply told that your phone has mother board problem it is only way to replace it. The board cost is RS 17700. So I leave it . An ordinary person can not replace the board. It is a china third quality product. I bought it for Rs 29870. Now I am loosing my money in 14 months. So don't buy oppo reno 8 5g phone. It will work for maximum 13 months. Go for some other brand.
