It means the adhesive of the lcd in the body is wearing off.. you should bring it to a local technician and they will put an adhesive in the lcd so it doesn't fall off

It depends on how the water damaged your phone. But if the technician declares that your phone can be repaired buy just heating the parts. It is big okay! For damaged of IC'S, supply Or any part of it, replacement is recommended.Hope it can help.😊
