戦闘には向かないけど、災害時の救助とかには実用性ありそう

スタート時に機能性だけでなく、それっぽさも演出してるのがすばらしい

泣きそうになったわ。 生きてるうちにこの光景が観れるとは！

The voice lines remind me of MechWarrior's Voice Warning System as you power up your mech: "Reactor... online. Sensors... online. Weapons... online. All systems... nominal." I hope the Tsubame Industries succeeds in their mission to develop their technology.

really beautiful! This is the video I wanted to see which is one of the important views a pilot will have which is the inside of the mech. It looks so beautiful from the inside as if the pilot has a perfect 180 degree view. Please keep making the world proud of all of the hard work.

Impressive. I see promising results with those kinds of machines someday just like modern drones that can deliver packages, or lift heavier objects. One of the cons I foresee in those machines is the cost without a doubt, and the technology is still in it’s infancy.

That is the issue. What task could they fulfil, that currently a forklift or other transport system cannot. They don't even walk, they drive, so you cannot even make the argument that they would be good on rough terrain. so far this looks like what my child dream probably would turn out if i built it as i thought of it back then

@@eccomi21Exactly. As a practical working vehicle this thing would be hugely over engineered. For example, the cameras and screens instead of, y'know, a window!. If these things were genuinely feasible they would more closely resemble the type of construction machinery that already exists by far. Also, they'd already be in widespread use. There's no innovative new technology in this thing. It's cool for sure, but the reason we don't already have this kind of thing is because there are much more practical. cheaper and easier options.

Yeah, we are just starting with mechs. I honestly don’t see mechs becoming the size that they are in gundam, rather this height of 15 feet will probably remain a standard and in the future we will this same type of mech but faster.

Use Valve Index finger sensors and implement them in the joystick that way you have finger movement on the robot.

lol, that kind of latency and input would be for really insanely expensive robotics. This heap of trash is literally made from junk with the lowest effort possible, funded by someone with too much money and very little sense.

If u look closely on the main big front monitor and the left monitor you'll see the light in the left one is also seen on the front one. This makes it less/no blindspots for front view at the least. And If that monitor in the lower front is the rear view then this makes it almost close to the same view you can get in a car.

Not to mention that a few 360 cams would be far better. Or just use a VR HMD connected to a 360 cam. This entire system was not well thought-out.

It uses more technology than the Kuratas and is more reliable (electric vs Hydraulic) , but it cost twice as much 😂 , that is the downside
