Operation Azm-e-Istehkam (Urdu: آپریشن عزم استحکام) is a counter-insurgency operation launched by the government of Pakistan in June 2024.
The operation was approved by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and aims to eradicate extremism and terrorism in a comprehensive and decisive manner.

Operation not started from 2007 it started from 1958 against nawab norez Khan in Balochistan again operation operated in 1973 in Balochitan where 9000 hazr Baloch were killed and in 2006 operation in Dera Bugti and kahlu area ..
