We have several KLR 200 units wall-mounted in different rooms. Can the KLR 3000 be placed in the existing KLR 200 cases or should we change the cases as well?

Hi Jonathan, the newer Touch KLR 300 has a different case than the 200 and will need to be replaced.

i have 6 velux windows ggl uk08 each with rml uk08 electric blinds and shl uk08 electric roller shutter. is one KLR 300 enough to control everything (18 controls)?

Yes it is! You can control up to 99 products :)
How many shades can be operated with a single VELUX Touch?Is there limited number?

Hi Faxi, VELUX Touch can operate 200 total products per remote, but we recommend no more than 99 of each “type” (shade or window).
