It was the Catnapped one. THAT'S the song that caught my attention as a child and I never forgot it. I hummed along with it and almost teared up because it's something that I never saw, never knew the name of it (because I only remembered the visuals and the music, not the text on screen), and I remember renting this VHS from Blockbuster at least half a dozen times because I wanted to keep hearing that tune. I don't know if I can watch that movie, but it feels like a weight off my shoulders to see the clip again after over twenty years. Thank you.

Someone uploaded an ISO of the DVD to the Internet Archive, so if you want full closure to see the movie that trailer was hyping up, it's there!

I remember seeing the Catnapped video so much and wanting to see it so badly. Seeing it now beings so many memories, I want to cry. I finally saw it two years ago too!

We all agreed that Catnapped had impact on our lives! I recently saw the movie and it was fantastic! thank you Sailor Moon for introducing me and the many others to the movie, we are forever grateful...

MY CHILDHOOD! I’d fall asleep to the sailor moon r vhs tape and replay it everytime I woke up 💀

It is a rip off lol Osamu Tezuka and Walt Disney were good friends and planned on doing a project together, but they both died before they could make it. (Most likely) Knowing this, Disney went off to make The Lion King anyway using Osamu Tezuka's idea. Even though the Disney company keeps denying it, it's pretty obvious they ripped off Kimba :\

I understand that. I'm just saying Osamu Tezuka''s involvement played part in The Lion King, at least the idea of it. Disney obviously took the idea of Kimba and used it for profit. If Tezuka wasn't involved with Disney, personally I don't think The Lion King would've existed. The difference between Kimba being a little inspired by Bambi and TLK is that they still used the same animal and didn't make many changes besides saying it's inspired by Hamlet. They never credited Tezuka at all, meanwhile they credit other fairytale writers and acknowledge it's a retelling of a story. Kimba was an original story that came out in the last 35 years and was never acknowledged as a re-told story.

This VHS, which I have, was my introduction to both Pokemon and Sailor Moon when I was young. Plus, Sailor Moon was the second anime I ever watched from then (the first being Witch's Delivery Service (Kiki's Delivery Service)). And the Catnapped theme was the first ever Japanese song I listened to.

23 years catnapped has lived rent free in my head. Thank you!! I could never remember it

Finally, after 20 years of having these in the back of my head, I have found them. I’m beyond excited. One of the happiest moments of my life. Thank you.

I used to watch a lot of vhs tape of old 90s animes with the ADV label, those were the days. Some anime stuck cos of those really well choosen soundtracks. theres one called Sprigun and had this one ominous music i remember being a thing used often for those strange and unsettling themes

Holy crap! I just got a wave of nostalgia from this! Thank you for uploading the whole entire thing! (sorta) The Catnapped trailer stuck with me for many many many years and only to rediscover it in my late 20's, I also ended up watching it tonight. I owned the Sailor Moon R The Movie: The Promise of The Rose VHS tape as a kid and sadly, I lost it in a terrible flood in 2006. Even Kimba is extremely nostalgic! The music and the multiple Kimba's tickle a funny nostalgic feeling I have! Thank you again for this! ❤

Unreal. I haven’t seen these since I was a little girl and never really figured out what the names of the things shown in the trailers were. But I VIVIDLY remembered the opening part of the Dog of Flanders trailer. Could not for the life of me remember the name, was googling things like “old anime movie with a church and art” and you can only imagine where that got me lol. Just randomly guessed that “maybe it had been on one of my sailor moon tapes” and this was literally the first video I clicked. Didn’t even think it was THIS sailor moon movie but the exact trailer was here all the same, and now I’ve restored a little bit of my childhood memory. Thank you for this, as my VHS is long gone and I’m sure I never would have found the answer to my question anywhere else.

I like how the "trailer" for catnapped is just a summary of the entire movie.

I love how the Catnapped! trailer is just a cat-based fever dream with the world's catchiest theme song playing.

Can ANYONE clarify if the Kimba commercial is advertising for the Jungle Emperor Leo movie or for the Kimba series?? There are scenes on this commercial that don’t happen in the movie or the show.... I’m confused what I’m watching and have been trying to figure this out for yearsss😫

They should’ve just kept this Disney design in 2016 instead of kimba the lion gaurd This wouldn’t save the whole Disney media instead of reality shows but overall it fills in 2016 whenever my previous boss met opened up the worlds strangest main event entertainment center Orlando Florida international drive just 3 blocks down from the Orlando starflyer It’s not wonder sonic is in the 2020 vision look 👀 including movie 🍿 sonic That’s how it starts to stick with classic Disney like the 1992 Aladdin.
