You can just calculate the Median for the cases to easier see if outliers skew the average. You calculate the median by sorting the skins you got by value and take value of the middle skin is your median, if you have an even number of skins you add the value of the middle two skins and divide that by 2

Average ROI is not a realistic way to look at what the average case opener will recieve in value from opening a given case unless they open obscene amounts of cases, cause the highest tier skins with pull up the average ROI by a huge amount but are also extremely rare to pull from any given case which means in order be likely to match the ROI on that website, you have to open insane amounts of cases, which most people will definitely not do, making it a bad metric to rely on for the average joe opening 15 cases. Just something to consider.
