The $50 million energy efficient shopping centre, Oran Park Podium was launched by Mike Baird, Premier of NSW late 2014. Eventually catering for a catchment area of 100,000 people the shopping centre incorporates one of the biggest Woolworths in Sydney, a three-level commercial office tower, 28 specialty retailers and services, around 600 car spaces, and an integrated medical and healthcare facility.
