I was able to hold a premium set at my local game store. I can't wait to pick mine up. Although I have no idea how this deck plays.

Just picked up the normal stride deck set from TCG Player for $60. Really looking forward to this.

This is a D format deck you can use stride with it.

Is way better than the previus awful trial decks that's for shure

Of course it's better. This deck is competitive right out the box. The other trial decks are just to give people a place to start.

The three trial decks we got were there to just sell products, even if the decks themselves are, at the very least, fun to play with. However, comparing the stride set, which basically give you everything you need for the deck to be competitive, against trial decks in which you need to buy the support cards from other sets is very unfair.

@@oggrayzee5140 If you pre ordered, the premium one was $185, and the regular was $55. At least that's what it was at my locals. I picked up my premium one up today, and I was pretty happy with it. Sadly they have gone up in price, so anyone that went in late will be paying much more.

Congrats, you paid bushiroad more money for the same cards you had years ago. They made your old card useless by introducing a new standard and the promise of new cards and mechanics. Fast forward to a year and we still revert back to overlord, phantom blaster, chronojet, messiah etc. and stride is still a thing 🤦🏻‍♂️.

~Looks at Pokémon and Magic rotating formats, reprinting certain cards for the new format, and making you always buy new cards if you want to play in standard format~ and then ~looks at all of the big 3 pandering to nestalgia~ and finally ~looks at digimon that made an entire new card game after giving up on the original one years ago~ Look, no card game is perfect. Yes, vanguard has made a lot of mistakes, but so has other card games. I do think bushiroad has a TON of room for improvement, but I don't think this product is the problem. Bushiroad has made a bunch of new decks in standard that are honestly much better than these nestalgia decks, so I don't see how they are relying on these nestalgia decks. We literally just received several brand new decks with the new season and improvements for the previous two seasons decks...
