I'm a huge fan of the retrain trend we've seen the last few years. Giving players the opportunity to ACTUALLY compete with Yubel and Horus is so cathartic

It's so amazing to see these old archetypes (Horus, Yubel) making a comeback, I remember pulling one of the Yubel cards myself back in the day, this brings back memories man. Also that Sunset Beat must be the most beautiful card I've ever seen!

They missed a chance to put a DaD retrain in this set. Would have been a throwback to the og Yubel set. Horus the black flame deity and the ashened cards are my favourites from this set. Ashened as an archetype looks good

It was really fun seeing how excited you were opening this without knowing all the cards. You getting amped at all these new cards made it such a fun video!

I have to agree, that cover art is so amazing, I also really like the purple/red theme! Favourite card is probably Poplar, it makes Fire decks just sooo strong!

The Ghottic is based on the vanilla monster "Wretched Ghost in the Attic", which was a common in TP8. The whole trend with the Mementotlan archetype is retraining classic vanilla monsters. Also a fun fact about "Master of Ham" is that it's stats (Level, Attack and Defense) are all exactly half of the stats of "Master of Oz" (Half of Level 9 is 4.5, rounded up is 5). Pretty neat little easter egg!

Spirit of Yubel is my absolute favourite. I love the intricate background art in it.

These cards are all so cool! For nostalgia value I really like the Yubel support, they are actually kind of good cards once the next wave of support is released too. Other than that my favorite card in the set is definitely the Promethean Princess, such an awesome staple and power card for FIRE decks 🤘😎

These retrains are very pretty and I'd love to see more for the older cards that never had their clear archetype shown off. Love the new Yubel, ive always thought the card was cool when i was younger.

So many good cards in this set. My favourite are the new Yubel cards. The Spirit of Yubel and the Yubel fusion are both have amazing artwork.

Love it when they make a good Ritual archetype, the Voiceless cards are great to see. it seems shortsighted though since the ritual spell mentiones the new skull guardian but old saffira, and then they go and make a saffira retrain in LEDE

The Ashened archetype is loosely based off of the city of Pompeii, which was once destroyed in a volcanic eruption, and Veidos is supposed to represent Mount Vesuvius and Obsidim which is the field spell is also the name of the city, and the various monsters represents different people who were a part of the city whose souls still exists even after the destruction of the city to represent the constant struggle between the people and Veidos

The reverse metamorphosis spell seems like it could have some crazy applications

Yubel the loving defender is definitely my favorite card out of this set. There is a lot of good cards in this set I'm pretty excited for the voiceless voice and the new ashened cards.

My favorite card from this set is Horus the Black Flame Deity. The artwork is awesome, it has a pretty good effect, and I'm glad this archetype is continuing to get new support after all this time.
