I suppose my fav memory of Pokémon would be from the show, but specially the episode where all the Pokémon are pink and that’s because of the berry’s in the area that the Pokémon have been eating are turning them so. OR the Pokémon heroes movie, 9 year old me was very upset that my 3rd grade class didn’t vote to watch it on movie day 😅

My favorite Pokémon memory was playing heart gold. I have played Pokémon and been into it since the very beginning but I felt the pressures growing up ‘to move on from childish things’ but when heart gold came out I was working at toysrus and saw a bunch of other people my age playing it and using the pokewalker at cons and I realized it was ok to still be into Pokémon and there is a huge community of all ages that love it. I’ve been a dedicated poke fan ever since !

soulsilver was my introduction to the pokemon franchise. I still have my DS right here on my bedside! I would play it with my head under my sheets trying not to get caught by mom playing it.....that was the good days

My favorite memory is the one of my now best friend seeing my pokemon card collection in the 90s, and helping me fill the holes to what is now know as "The Book", what stated out as a simple card collection has turned into a lifetime friendship and love for pokemon. Happy 25th anniversary Pokemon!

My favorite memory was watching my daughter pull a celebrations blastoise a few weeks ago. it may not sound like much but watching her light up brought me back and made me think of myself as a 8/9 year old pulling my first blastoise and it’s just something I’ll never forget. love your channel and content! Hope to watch your videos for years to come!!!

My favourite moments (if any other Australians around my age read this they'll understand) was waking up early, sitting down and switching on channel 10. Basking in the Glory of Cheez TV and moving ever closer to the TV as Pokemon came on the screen. Rushing to school to swap cards and talk about the days episode

I was big into pokemon when it first started and now having my 2 girls get into it is great. They save their allowance every month to go get a big box set from sams so we can all sit and open the packs together.

Can you imagine how much that Pikachu V Union box would have been worth if he didn't open it?😲

This set is so nostalgic. I'm so excited to start ripping packs 😍

Hey pat can I get a celebrations pack I don’t even have an authentic Pokemon card

So many memories come to mind throughout the years collecting playing and watching Pokémon but I think my favorite memory was opening my first, 1st edition jungle pack and pulling a first edition jolteon it was the first 1st edition holo I ever pulled and I was so stoked I was like 12 years old then and I can still remember the excitement I had thank you Leonhart for all your content!!!!

favorite pokemon memory : circa 2001 I was 11 years old I walked about a mile to the target near my house with just enough money in my pocket for 1 pack. I went to target bought 1 pack (base set) walked all the way home, sat under the tree in my front yard opened it and pulled a base set charizard! I ran across the street to my best friends. I will remeber that day forever.

My first favorite memory was finding Pokémon Blue at a pawnshop and playing it for the first time at age 16. My very first Pokémon game. I’d never been allowed to play the games before but I’d watched the show a little. I can’t really describe the feeling of happiness I had as I started my first Pokémon journey and saw the starters for the first time. I fell in love with Squirtle from the beginning.

I wish they made more sets with the older borders, easily my favorite kind of cards. They look so awesome I can’t even put it into words

I think my favorite memories are playing the games when they first came out. I have vivid memories of the first four generations when I got to play them, me as a 6 year old kid playing Blue, an 8 year old kid playing Gold, an 11 year old playing Sapphire, and a 13 year old kid getting Diamond the day it came out and playing it at 10 am, happy times for sure.

My favorite memory of pokemon was when i was 15 working at Mcdonalds during the summer. I bought a booster box from this local card shop that had tournaments every weekend. I went from the shop straight to this little Chinese food place that i loved. My three buddies and me sat there and started ripping packs. I actually pulled the big three out of my box and an error card as well. One of the best days ever.

My favorite memory was when my sister bought me a gameboy color when i came home from my foster home! And pokemon crystal. Was my absolute favorite. I spent hours on it even in the dark while riding around and having to wait till she drove under a street light to play! Lol. And the time me and my mom went into drug mart and bought me my first pack of pokemon cards. It was a charizard pack! Man i wish i can go back!

This is a set I desperately wanted, but haven't been able to afford. So many memories!! I remember when my parents woke me up on my birthday back in the day with a trail of base set booster packs that led to a massive cake. Miss those days!

Buy the individual cards on eBay. They've been dirt cheap for the most part. Holo Rares for $1, Zacian and Zamazenta V barely more than that. The Pikachu cards a couple bucks. Even the VMAX ones for under $5. Plenty of the other subset ones for a couple dollars or so. Only ones that seem expensive are Venusaur, Charizard. Blastoise. Obviously the Gold Star Umbreon and Gold Mew. 5-10 bucks for even ones like Professor Oak Full Art, Reshiram and Zekrom Full Art, etc. probably will be cheaper by the weekend. Promos aren't super cheap yet but probably will be.

My favorite time was watching the first episode of the anime, the first time it appeared on television in the Netherlands. That was what started my love for Pokémon 😁

Don’t over pay for this collection, people. eBay is about to be flooded with celebrations cards. Cheap prices are just around the corner

The scalpers will ruin this set before you can even find one at retail. Remember they use bots and have max cash flow. You have a few hundred dollars and an honest consumer. The odds are against you!

This set is going for about 50 bucks right now and I GUARANTEE YOU it will only INCREASE in value because its such an iconic set, celebrating 25 years of Pokemon and has the Big 3, plus Shining Magikarp, Dark Gyrados, and a TON of other big hitters that if graded a 10 will be worth a bunch of money 10 or 15 years from now. I personally bought 2 and opened one and will keep the other one sealed until the 50th anniversary. How much do you think a once 50 dollar box would sell for on the 50th anniversary? So onecould open a 25th AND 50th anniversary box. Think about it. Cardsfrom 25 years ago, ie base set, are going for thousands and thousands of dollars PER PACK, so when the 50thanniversary comes around the25th anniversary set will be25 years old as well. I think a PSA 10 Charizard, Blastoise, and Venasaur all together will be an AMAZING collection piece and could be something you can pass down to your kids or whatever because i guarantee you Pokemon will only boom even more as the years go on. Lets enjoy this set everyone and come together in this AMAZING Pokemon Community!

My favorite memory is when my son pulled the rainbow Charizard from Burning Shadows. It was awesome to see the overwhelming joy he had which was the same when I opened packs way back in the day

My favorite memories from pokemon is getting up Saturday mornings and going to toys r us with my mom to take part in the pokemon league for the TCG. She loved collecting the cards and would always get toys r us to give us early boxes as the wizards sets released. I still have my OG set cards as a memory of her since she has passed on. Pokémon like Arcanine will always remind me of her cause she got excited over her favorites and never really over the Rares.

WOW so much fun to watch all of these new cards get pulled. I love the reprints of the big 3!!!

My favorite memory is watching the Pokémon cartoon before going to middle school in the morning!

I don't have just one favorite memory of pokemon, it's really the entire experience from start to present. My son is getting into it at this moment and finding his most favorite mon. I'm fortunate to have a job working with kids so all the bonds I form with them are almost always built on a mutual love of pokemon. I think overall it's mainly the positivity of the pokemon community in general that's kept me going and loving it.

My favorite memory was when me and my brother would get home from elementary school we would eat snacks and watch pokemon movies while eating snacks

I think my favorite memories have been more recent.. I love opening packs, checking out the cards, and teaching her about Pokémon.

My favorite memory of pokemon , when i was little my uncle borrowed me his gameboy advance so i could play pokemon silver. I loved this game from the beggining, i discovered every new pokemon by playing and playing more. The experience of just steping in grass and new pokemon showing up was awesome.

The first pack I ever opened had a full art ultra rare, but at the time I didn't know it was so rare! So I lost it... but turns out my cousin has it! So that's good that it's not lost forever.

I must have laughed so hard how quickly you let go off the weird full art Pikachu when you pulled the Charizard. :D

Much like you Pokémon has impacted my life and I’ve made many great memories with my grandpa watching the shows every time I would come over. I miss it! Just recently got into the whole TCG side of it and it’s a rush opening and pulling something crazy is so exhilarating!

My favourite memory is opening packs of diamond pearl secret wonders with my friends on top of the buildings they had in Gibraltar (designed so you can walk across roofs), i remember how the only way the different year groups and different nationalities (Spanish, Gibraltarian and English mainly) would chill together, would be when we all opened Pokémon and traded them etc. It sounds cheesy, but, honestly, it was something beautiful man, before phones etc, that was the shit that got people together, even when we couldn't speak each others language well and we were in a completely different country. That's the reason i hoard Secret Wonders - several happy memories associated with it. :)

My favorite memory is playing Pokémon Red as a kid. It was the first Gameboy game I ever got and I still have it! It’s such a classic gameplay and it will forever be a memory of mine. ❤️

My favorite Pokémon memory is with my friend, we are best friends but don’t get to see each other that often. Every time we saw each other without either of us asking, we would both bring all of our cards and we would trade cards and play the card game. Amazingly fun memories that I hope will continue for many more years.

Man, the way they redid the old cards is sooo much more interesting and creative than how they did the cards for Evolutions! I don't know if I've got my nostalgia blinders on or what, but this is one of my favorite sets in a long time 🤩

Man I have so many memories with Pokémon, I remember the amount of wonder I felt playing the games and struggling to level up my Pokémon in emerald to beat the next gym leader and figuring out which team worked best together. I still love playing their new games even if sometimes that sense of wonder has dissipated I still never miss out bc of my love for Pokémon

My favorite memories are playing diamond and pearl as a kid while at the beach. So excited for the remakes next month!

when i was a kid my grandparents always had a boosterpack or tin when i went there for a sleepover, i remember bringing my binder and just resorting everything to fit in the new cards. thanks in part to you i restarted the hobby and take joy again in meticulously organising the collection.

This is by far my most anticipated card set of the year. I love that full art classic pikachu, and getting my base set Venusaur card reprinted is great.

I hope everyone will be able to get the products they want! The set is amazing!

Favourite memory of Pokemon was seeing Ash get the Charmander that's basically dying in the rain, after it was abandoned by it's original trainer for been weak. That episode was just so heart warming. and we all know what happened in the end. =)

I want them! Started my new job this month but they’re sold out everywhere so haven’t been able to buy one. The pikachu v union one looks to be my fave but that pikachu badge looks amazing!

My favorite would be where it started it all. I remember the day after Christmas I got the Pokemon platinum game for the dsi. And I remember sitting there in the living room of my grandparents house and starting the game. Seeing Puplip for the first time and immediately falling in love with the game. To this day I've been collecting cards, reading the manga, watching the anime, and playing the games.

It would have to be going through Pokemania as a kid. I was 7-9 years old when it first came out, the perfect age for that honestly. I was very sick when I was that age, and it was honestly one of the few bright spots during those hard years. Pokemon brought me a lot of fun and comfort, and helped me make friends.

I'm having a hard time with trying to complete my Pokémon tcg and video game collections, but, it's been really difficult lately.

I remember going to the store with my grandma and picking up some base set 2 and team rocket packs before she got sick. That's one of my only memories of her before she lost her legs. Love what you do Leonhart and looking forward to picking up some of this set!!

My favorite memories of pokemon was watching it on kids Wb back in the early 2000s. Everyday after school I would rush home to watch pokemon; I would anxiously wait for my school to let us out before I bolted home to enjoy some pokemon. My favorite Pokémon memory was when I was a child, we had a blockbuster in town. they always had packs on the counter. I vividly remember seeing jungle and Neo era packs. If I had only known back then what they would now be worth…. Crazy.

I was an awkward kid with few friends but lots of bullies… but when the Pokemon tcg came out for the 1st time ever I had the same interests as all the other kids. And slowly with the help of my parents, some therapy and funny little creatures called Pokemon I finally was able to find a little confidence and make some friends in elementary school.

My favorite Pokémon memory was discovering there was a whole other region in pokemon silver when i was a kid (kanto) . I put so many hours into that game lol. Lugia is still my favorite legendary ⭐️ 💧

My favorite Pokemon memory was in 2002 when I was 10 years old, and I went to a Pizza Hut, and in the pizza Hut there was a gumball machine,and a sticker machine. The sticker machine had Pokemon card stickers in it. One of them was a tentacruel, which I took home then put on my grandpa's glass door. It still remains there till this day.

This set is probably my favorite one ever other than when I was a kid, beautiful and exciting cards! Now only if I could find some without having to pay 2x the price

One of my favorite Pokemon memories is definitely when I started out with Pokemon! I began my journey when my friend introduced me to Pokemon GO! It brought my imagination to life! That's also when another one of my friends started to give me cards from their collection! I tried to deny their offer but they wouldn't let me deny and wanted me to begin my journey. From then on I've been obsessed ever since! It's been about 7-8 years now ever since that day. My Dad let me skip school just so I could learn about Pokemon, which was also apart of my Dad's history!
