Lugia, ever I saw him in pokemon the movie 2000, so cool

I'm not sure why, but the quality of those holo, and even non holo cards looks so superior to anything today. They are so perfectly clean.

I love seeing these packs being open. Had I known back in my kid days I definitely would have taken better care of my cards. My favorite Pokémon is Dratini and it’s evolutionary forms! Every form is interesting and unique and is very enticing. I just recently go back into Pokémon as well! I have to be careful it has become addicting lol

Wow! So glad to see you’re almost at 2 mil subs! You definitely deserve it! I still remember the meet up at the largest GameStop here in Texas and still have those cards you autographed for me! From 200,000 subs at that time to 2,000,000. Can’t wait to see you at 20,000,000!

I definitely missed these traditional pack openings. I like the new stuff but the pack openings is what brought me here

Oh man, Meowth is hands down one of my all-time favorite Pokémon. He's just the absolute best in the TV shows, and I can't get enough of his cheeky charm. Being part of Team Rocket, Meowth's loyalty and dedication to his crazy family make him even more lovable.

Gengar has been my all time favorite since day one. Also, huge amount of respect and admiration for you, as you help out with your wife and your little girl as well as keep producing these awesome videos. Love watching your videos.

I miss these vintage sets. I'm just now getting back into pokemon cards and these are the ones I remember. Gengar is probably my favorite pokemon, just because of the opening cinematic of the pokemon anime when I was younger haha.

Gengar is my all-time favorite Pokémon! Gengar always brings a playful yet eerie vibe to the Pokémon world. It's simply the perfect combination of spooky and cool!

Recently got back into collecting pokemon cards. Pikachu was my brothers favorite. His pride and joy. Mine was squirtle. He left me all his pokemon and yugioh cards. Unfortunately, he passed away 3 years ago from gbm cancer. He used to watch you and simplyunlucky a lot. Watching you open up these packs brings back so much memories. Love you brother. Keep up the great videos!

The nostalgia, yeezz I just love the old holo patterns. Maybe one day I’ll have my hands on some vintage packs☀️ my favorite will always be Giratina. It’s just the ideal Pokémon for me. The lore, the design, the colors and typing. It’s just perfect🖤

From gen 1, it would have to be Arcanine. The fact that he didn’t get the love he deserved always hurt me as a kid. A fire wolf?!? I mean come on? And gen 2, would be Meganium. Always a beautiful Pokémon to see in the anime and also in the cards. Seeing the way they portrayed it in Pokémon Snap (switch) was a blessing 🙌🏻

My all time favorite pokémon will forever be Cubone, the backstory hit me so hard as a kid, and that story have sat with me ever since

You know their a true pokemon fan when they can tell if something is 0.0008 grams heavier than usual

Raichu is my all time favorite. Seeing it in the show for the first time gave me goosebumps as a child

Blastoise is my favorite pokemon because it has cool looks, strong moves and it is from gen 1 which is one of my favorite series

My favorite Pokémon is Golbat, I loved how funny he looked in the red and blue Sprites and he is very special to continue being with its other forms the only ones with a flying poison type after 27 years.

Squirtle is my favorite. Its design has been a staple of my childhood memories when it comes to Pokémon. I absolutely love how cute and simple it was, and how fun it was to use when playing Pokémon blue.

Arcanine is my favorite pokemon! I love dogs and as a child i remember Ash riding on Arcanines back and thought that was so cool and majestic!

I have always love Totodile. Just super cute and playful. Great design that makes me keep coming back to him.

My favorite Pokémon will always be Mew. The gentle and playful nature of Mew is something I feel like I can really relate too! 💜💜💜 Also, I am very happy to see you opening vintage packs again! Man did I miss your content!

Ho-Oh has been my favorite ever since I saw a glimpse of it in the first episode! I thought it was a phoenix and was intrigued to find out if Ash would ever find out more about this mythical creature. 😁

I have always loved Mewtwo. Man I haven't played this in years, and just out of chance I decided to click on your videos. So many memories of seeing these cards. I remember that Nitoqueen was a junk rare back in the day, now it's worth 500!! So crazy.

Great to see an opening video! Love your new styles of videos coming as well!! Favourite Pokémon of all time is without a doubt Dragonite 😊 always been my favourite, so cute and such a beast!

When I saw Eevee I was like omg I LOVE this Pokemon I NEED it. ❤

I’d say Cloyster, because it’s a first generation Pokemon yet can still hold its own in some competitive battles, It’s a powerhouse of a Pokémon and it looks so cool as well! And the fact it’s also nostalgic Pokemon… that’s what makes it my favorite Pokémon

All time favorite is Arcanine! Gotta love any of the OG 151 as well. Really enjoying watching all your videos. Just recently got back into collecting and cracking open packs. These base sets bring back memories for sure.

Love seeing the packs opened just brings me back to the joy I found in pulling a holo. Absolutely insane you pulled a charizard and still didn’t break even. Can’t justify these pack prices

Hitmonlee is probably my favorite all time.. in Pokemon first and second generation he was just so strong and powerful with his kicks even when his attacks weren't very effective.. they still did good chunk of HP.. love him

Gengar is my favorite. The ghost pokes like to play jokes! Fav cartoon episode as a kid growing up in the 90s

Nidoking is and will always be my favorite Pokémon because it hold amazing memories for me while using him in Pokémon (blue) as my main MON and playing alongside with my brother. Good old days.

Giratina. Getting and playing pokemon platinum for my 10th birthday was one of my favorite pokemon memories, and finally meeting him in the distortion world was amazing and stuck with me since.

Totodile, he is funny, always in a good mood and a bit clumsy. Just love him

Watching this and realizing I have every holo pulled except from the original base set makes me recognize how lucky I got as a kid despite feeling like I wasn't getting a lot of pulls at the time.

Always have the most hype openings, keep em comin!

Charizard

Mine is Palkia. When I was a kid I got a big palkia figure from my parents for Christmas. Still have it, very nostalgic for that big pink and white weirdo.

My favorite of the original 151 Pokemon is Gyarados because he's extremely powerful and had lots of cool scenes in the show throughout the years.

Sandshrew and Mamoswine are my favorite Pokémon, Sandshrew I've just always loved since I was a kid because he was cute and Mamoswine because I love Wooly Mammoths 💖

I have always loved Mankey/Primeape!! Just remember watching the episode as a kid with mankey first appeared and fell in love with him. And now finding out there is a annihilape! I just love the fighting spirit of these pokemon! Always ready to box!! Fight on Mankey and the evolved forms.

Scyther just always loved the way he looked and his move set.

I love seeing these vintage packs so much. I looked up prices and it's safe to say that I'll just live through your videos. Rapidash was my favorite!

I struggle to pick a favourite, but I always come back to Dragonite, he's an awesome mix of goofy/cute lookin, but also pretty badass when he wants to be!

The drawing for this is probably over but oh well. My favorite in the very beginning was Gengar. The ghost pokemon really fascinated me as a child because i was into the whole myths and ghosts at that age, but after watching the first movie Mewtwo really grew on me and still competes with Gengar til this day lol.

Really enjoyed this video! I started collecting back when base unlimited was out and watching this gives me so much nostalgia. Gonna have to subscribe!

Always been a fan of the older Mewtwo cards, Mew has been my favorite since the Pokemon Movie was released.

Always loved the elusive Mew! Even though I spent so long trying and failing to find Mew under the truck in the games

Cynadquil was my first starter and will always be close to my heart as my favorite, but I would have to say Ho-Oh. The color scheme, and overall look, I just love it. Ive always had googly eyes when I see Ho-Oh as a kid and even today.

Pikachu is my favourite ..so loyal and never leaves your side . Aweosme cards to collect aswell

My favourite pokemon of all time is charizard because of just the sheer artwork and detail that is put into those cards.

Mimikyu - For its heartbreaking story of being too hideous or disliked to be loved so it goes to the lengths of masking itself as everyone's favorite. But it can still be a fantastic partner and friend!

I love Pikachu, Luiga, Mew and Suicune, the movies, games and episodes they were part of helped me through some of the roughest times of my life. Sometimes, I would imagine when I was alone and scared they were there to protect me growing up when my step-dad was being abusive or when I was being bullied in school. I have plushes of them now just for those good memories sakes.❤

Snorlax is my favorite Pokémon of all time. I just think he has the cutest design and I’ve been collecting all the different snorlax cards since 2008. Great video!!

Charmander has always been my favourite pokemon of all time! I think if I had a spirit animal, it would be him! I think it’s partly because of Charizard as well. I just resonate with him real well 😂

Umbreon is my absolute favourite as it reminds me of my childhood cat Tabatha. It's also an insane tank in competitive; I had lots of fun doing toxic stall trolls back in the day :P

Blastoise is my favourite for sure. It's a giant turtle with tank cannons mounted on its shoulders. What could be cooler than that? Haha

Oddish and Haunter are mine. Oddish was my favorite as a kid, he looks like a rock n roll guy. And I love Haunter for his silliness from the cartoon

Im 28 and since I 1st ever saw pokemon i always had a strong like for Gengar , just that evil smile and look was so tough and heavy , i always loved that look he always had

Nothing has ever been as good as when jhoto came out. The level of hype, after the first 151 had been life changing, of the next generation wasn’t just cuz it was new but the Pokémon were actually so incredible. Steelix, Scizor, Tyranitar, Espeon, Umreon, Houndoom, I could go on and on but my favorite Pokémon is the first halo I pulled. The Scizor. Metal type. Will never forget it 😊

Loved that pokemon but It was such an ugly card right 😅 My first of that gen was Houndoom. I remember people going nuts over it. One kid traded me his entire first edition base set binder for it. Little did we know back then he traded 100’s of dollars away for a 30$ card. We just thought it looked cool. And cards like Holo, base set, first edition Garyados and Nidoking were considered bulk rares back them. If only I sleeved them up and didn’t throw them out.

I might have to go with Haunter because I had the old VHS with "The Tower of Terror" on it when I was a kid!

My favourite Pokemon has always been Swampert. Not my first starter, that goes to Squirtle, but it was the first one I really bonded with and my first level 100. It's powerful, combines two of my favourite types and just has a really relatable design. It looks strong, but also friendly and kinda dorky which I think is a perfect combo. As a bonus, it also featured on my Emerald Battle Frontier team which I finally revisited last year to complete my childhood dream of claiming all the gold symbols!

I’ve always loved scraggy, the episode that Ashe catches scraggy was the first time I watched the Pokémon show and I found scraggy to be so funny and unique. He’s definitely the embodiment of 8 year old me.

Blastoise has always been my favourite. I had an old pokemon shirt as a kid that i always used to wear the wrong way round as the blastoise was on the back, but i preffered it on the front

Snorlax because its super relatable. Eat, sleep, kick ass while awake 💚🤍

Gardevoir is my favorite Pokémon due to its psychic abilities and battling abilities with Gardevoir communicating through telepathy.

Haunter all day. The episode where he makes Sabrina laugh is my all time favorite episode from the original series. And, whenever I played the games, I always leveled up a haunter and took him into the elite four battles with me because his psy beam and psychic attacks are lights out.

Gengar is my favorite! Love the sneakiness of him and his pure power!
