how about metal dust which is all around the place? how it is not getting inside during miling process?

Helium sealed drives have double containment- the first level is a conventional head-disc assembly cover sealed with silicone and screwed down. The second is the laser welded aluminium outer cover which seals the helium inside. The cover inside is more than sufficient to contain the chips.
How about showing the hard drive actually gets opened?

All I can say is the background music kicks ass. But that alone will not entice me to send you my busted helium drive. If you can show the actual recovery of the data in the hard drive, you are more likely to have people trust in your techniques.
