Just picked up the 50/50 in my favorite nhl team’s colors ( Seattle Kraken ) as a part of this year’s Black Friday sale

My favorite wallet I’ve seen from open sea ! You should have a give a way

This one is pretty neat! I got a Kam+ during the Black Friday sale. Still breaking in but neat. You picked a really nice color combo on this one!

Been looking at the 50/50 for a while now. Have 3 other wallets from open sea leather including the houbei and topsider, I think the vertical cash is easy to use, you already use your thumb to open the wallet so just grab the cash while you’re at it to keep it from flapping over. Makes getting the cards easier

Damn good wallets!

The big advantage to this wallet is the convenience of the side-opening for handling cash. If I were to fold the cash anyway -- like you do -- I'd rather have the Hobei or Topsider quick-draw. (They have more visual zing with the threading, too!) But this one looks really ideal for a cash carrier.

Thickness of this vs to topsides bifold? Thoughts on one versus the then as they seem similar. I’m torn.

Amazing! It is a shame that it gets very expensive to get Open Sea wallets in Europe 😞

If you like the flap idea and want a wallet design for more of a cards then try the gundeck quickdraw.

How is the whiskey color? Almost looks like it has an orange hue to it. Is it more brown or does it have orange mixed in?

Nice review, i still use secrid wallet for almost 5 years now, its perfect, everything perfect in term off Minimalist wallet, but now im bored, pls can anyone have input about this, when you already find those perfect one, but you have to deal with boredness..(sory bout my english, its not my language )

Great review on the open sea leather wallet 👌. Overall the leather of the wallet looks great, meaning the quality of the material. But the design looks kinda poorly, and the slots for the cards looks like it could be difficult to get out over time. Plus the price $99 dollars, pretty pricey for a kinda poor design, your better off getting the Lucas wallet by JJ leathersmith co. Its's a bit of the same concept, but easy to access on the cards and cash, and its price $85 and a bit less then the open sea leather wallet. And the Lucas wallet by jj leathersmith, the quality is Awesome! But thats just my opinion. But overall great review! 😊👍

whats the most cards a open sea wallet can carry? seems like they dont hold many cards?

Looks like a nice wallet. My concern would be the loose leather corner of that half pocket would eventually curl out. The edges of the main flap could get worn quickly, as well. I’d like to see somebody comment that has used one of these for five or 10 years. What’s the price? Update: I just checked their website. $99! Holy crap! I’ll keep my $20 leather wallet.

The wallet looks really nice, personally I’m just not a fan of a bi/trifold wallet.

What’s the main difference between this and the Houbei?

The price seems a bit excessive, but i guess this is one of those cases when you are paying the idea and not item.

Really like the design but it’s absurdly expensive.

What about euro-bills? Will they fit?

Cool. That cash tuck feature is pretty slick. But for a hundred bucks (I dont play the "for under a hundred dollars" game 🙄), yikes! Not that cool.

I love these wallets but their not great to hold your driver's licence and ur military id. Which means I can only hold 4 cards.

Do not buy these wallets. My girlfriend got me one as a gift & I loved it. After emailing them the lace they didn’t respond. When it came I quickly realized that the slightest moisture on your fingers made the ink run. I emailed them asking what I should do and no response again. So I put a leather protector on there and it left terrible stains. Thanks a lot for literally devastating me...
