Hi mate, I have left low beam failure, I changed bulb and checked relay not the problem , you think it’s possibly the fuse?

There is bundle cables going into the passenger side for RH drive and there is black rubber seal, on the rubber there is a mark one side is long strip tube like and is an auxiliary option to punch through it and run a cable
