Hi there, I have an astra cabrio bertone and I have already changed the front speakers and it went just great, but I can't replace the rear ones. I've tried to force a little bit the interior panels so I can gain access to the speakes but I think there are some screws, and I don't know where they are or how can I get them out... Please help! thank you

3:10 - it is because of the rain water ..... those who encounted the "inside rain" will agree with me... you will need to change the speaker`s silicone in order to solve it.

Hi, many thanks for uploading a helpful video mate. I have a quick question....my Astra H has a leak of water every time it rains. I get a puddle of water directly underneath the door card of the (driver side) and on the door sill. I read somewhere that it's because water leaks through the speaker on the door, which has crap silicone around it. So I ask have you experienced or heard of such a problem with the Astra H, and if so what would you recommend to sort this out? Many thanks in advance.

I had that water leak in my car both doors, it took me two weeks to find out the cause. the problem is the speakers. the original speakers are plastic water proof with water sealing. the last owner of the car changed the speakers to non-original ones ( not water proof no water sealing). solution is either buy new original speakers with seal or fabricate one with silicon sealing.

Well i removed the screw behind the door opener lever , 2 behind the actual door handle and one at the very bottom , i also removed the window winder but the panel would not budge without excessive force which i was not prepared to do , i did not find any screws along the side of the panel as shown on the front door video so i dont see how they are the same ?

they are both 6.5 in (16.5 cm) but with different mounting so i don't think it will work

My one had also lot of glue and therefore was much more difficult than in this video. In fact most of the junctions broke and now my door cover it's very loose

+giuans the factory doesn't use glue on the door cover or on the speaker

I cant get the door card off. Its stuck somewhere behind the door handle lever. It wont come free. Ive watched the video a dozen times and ive not missed anything

idk if you already found out but they're called Trim Clips and be purchased on Amazon and Ebay for a buck ;)

depending on what speakers from Pioneer are you going to use... Pioneer has very good speakers but also cheap entry level product.
