i have a 400hp set-up with a hybrid turbo though. i can at least say what was needed if it helps you. 3" exhaust, wide enough sports cat, wide intake kit, klasen inlet manifold, (race camshafts tend to work well with garrett turbos. such a turbo also needs the appropriate exhaust manifold), forged internals, intercooler and some details like valve springs etc.
