2nd story: people shouldn’t be blaming the op, all he did was talk about something he learned about from highschool-biology. He never said he was an expert that is why op’s friend took a paternity test.
honey, no. The fact you told your friend, and he immediately went to go check his daughter's eye color, that means he already had some suspicions, whether consciously or subconsciously. It wasn't just the eye color. Had that biology logic been relied on without any other "proof", it could have led to intense guilt at doubting his s/o had his daughter been biologically his, and likely even the breaking of a long-term relationship/complete loss of trust from op's buddie's s/o. I'm glad he found out the truth, but don't rely on incomplete research and 6th grade biology when it comes to such serious situations.
