@@EmtremeNips153 yes the ebay seller sent me a new one but I'm still having trouble accessing all the options like clocks etc. But I can now fully access the engines ECU

I know video is old and probably you forgot about it but today I make mine working perfect on win7 and win10. I had exactly the same issues like you.

@@subsalza Win Xp. 1)First start program ( Run as Admin) the clone needs hacked FTDI drivers to work and this is the only way to run the hacked drivers also untick prevent from using un certified drivers... 2) Without conectict to car conect USB and Opcom clone.. Settings... Test interface... Click OK... Then click save settings.. 3)Don't conect it to car untill after you press (diagnose the part you want to diagnose) example after engine.... That works for mine... 1.99

Same issue here. I had a working one, it stopped working, now all I get is the communication error, not powered from car message. Bought a new one, same issue

There’s a trick to get it to connect, u don’t have it plugged in untill u hear the click. At 2:00 u mentioned a click, that’s when u plug it in.

I can't see how the unit can be faulty when it passes the interface test. Others have said leave the car unplugged. Not tried this yet though.

I found leaving op-com unplugged, get same error of not being powered or connected, go back and retry with op-com still disconnected and most will then skip through to initializing ECU and at that point plug in to OBD2 port... if you're lucky it will negotiate a connection and then that particular control module should be readable and programmable.

@@bezaleeluk3696 I could only get the 2010 software to work in my car. 2012 and 2014 will not work. But I managed to program a key with 2010. And clear codes. Even though my car is 2011!

Error while creating license dat??? The list of supported ecus cannot be loaded ??? Interface communication error or interface not powered from car.. what should I do ???

Contact the seller, explain the situation and send it back as its probably faulty like mine was.

@@shivt91 no just second position on the key you dont need the engine running you just need power to the ECU
