Aaaaah new stationery is so exciting! I totally get what you mean when you get a new notebook and immediately want to switch! Which is actually something I have been thinking about and wondering if sometime in the future, maybe you could talk in a video about how to bond with your journal and enjoy being in it while you're in it, instead of wanting to rush to get the next notebook. I feel like I get really excited to start my next journal, but then when I get to the next one, I'm already wanting to get to the next one. Rinse and repeat. It's this constant cycle every time, and I'm wishing I could be more "in the moment" with my current journal at any given time. I don't know if that made sense. But I feel like it could be a fun video idea.

Consider the Pentel RSVP in medium. The only pen I used in high school a college, yes analog was the only life for me. I only typed up my papers. Jetpens has samplers for a variety of pens and colors.

The way you described the paper was perfect. Somehow I knew exactly what you were talking about. I even caught myself moving my hands like I was feeling the paper 😂

I have a birthday coming up in May. I can’t wait to get myself more journals and pens. I will treat myself. I can’t wait to get more of my Molskine journals! I will also get the journals from the company Omeya. Those journals are so pretty. I can’t wait for my birthday!

BIC ballpoint girlies ♡♡ My go to pens are from bic bc I write too hard & can't do gel so maybe I'll try the unite ball one. What a great way to star the year especially with a stationery haul (I might treat myself to one from Daiso) happy 2024 Tina ♡♡

If anyone is looking for a ballpoint pen for journaling, I have been using the ballograph epica ones for years. They are super reliable and the ink cartridges last for months in my use at least. If I remember correctly there is four ink colours available: blue, black, green and red. And there are a ton of pen colors to choose from with either gold or ailver hardware.

Mildliners last such a long time, I've never understood people who just buy a new set every year. Mine are almost four years old and I've only dried out the gray (a couple of times...) and the pale pink.

Can you ever have too much denim? Or too much stationery? I’m a rabid fountain pen user, but Bic Crystal pens are THE BEST. Have you ever found the bold ones? They are a 1.6mm tip. They are my favorite ballpoint. I just heard about the Uniball One pocket ballpoint. I have to try it. It’s on the way from Jetpens. LOVE Jetpens. They have pen samplers that are really fun if you ever want to try out some different pens. I have wanted those Midori tabs for a while, but I forgot what they were called! I finally found them on Jetpens, so they are on the way with my new pen. I can’t wait to try them. Have fun with your new toys!

I love the zebra Sarassa . It’s 100% a gel pen which is why you didn’t like it

I have been delving deeply into my Home decor as of late, perusing Antique and Vintage stores for everything (when not in the Hospital) and I saw a set of dining chairs that had a classic French style and design but were covered with a very chic denim fabric! So unexpected and stylish! Seeing those denim adorned chairs instantaneously brought you to mind! I am on a perpetual pen discovery journey; so, it is quite relatable seeing your exploration of these various pens! Pens are essential for handwriting in our beloved Journals. ✒
