Scotland are out . I'm expecting another hard luck story on Wednesday night . This will be no different to any other game over the last 8 months. We have been awful and I'm not expecting anything different. Something has gone very wrong with this team . Watching all the games so far I have yet to see a team at the Euros that are weaker than Scotland. Scotland must get 3 points against the Swiss and feel free to pray for a miracle.

Great stuff again lads, wee need to be positive and move on. All the Germany goals where top class finishes bar the pen.

That guy with the glasses harping on about two victories over a year ago against Spain and Norway. That was a purple patch and the loss of Dykes (despite his obvious limitations) Hickey and Lewis Ferguson has really damaged the side. We don't have the depth to replace people like that.

It’s the hope that kills you. In reality Scotland are a bit like Forest Green playing in the EPL. They went AWOL on Friday. That performance is on the manager. You can’t sit off teams like that or you will get a hiding. Scotland need to do what wee teams do against better teams - match their work rate, get in their faces, harry and chase, and hope for a chance off a set piece. I hope they can prove me wrong on Wednesday, but I fear players like Embollo will run riot against a defence that’s mince…

I dont see us getting anything from the two games Switzerland and hungary are good sides. I wish for a performance that beat Spain in qualifying group can only hope the boys play well but i have major doubts

We have the same history with alcohol as nations like Ireland, Poland, even Wales, but some how those nations manage to do the business at these tournaments. We don't.

Love PLZ guys, appreciate the show. I think the issue is this. How are we bordering the nation with arguably the best league in Europe, and we are so so poor. SFA should take a good look at sponsorships and promotion of our Leagues. That’s who is to blame. Kick the ball as well as cuddle it, not the players, they are not up to the standard, that’s the truth. We will not beat Switzerland, get real.

Best case scenario is scraping a probably fortunate draw with the Swiss but even that will take a huge improvement on Friday nights fiasco and then maybe getting a hard fought narrow win over Hungary. I'm not totally pessimistic but not confident we will qualify.

Aye but Hugh, you talk about Robertson being a CL winner..that was 5 yrs ago. McTominay was in/out that Man Utd team. We field a national team filled with 2 choice & English Championship Players and expect them to get a result against much, much better players. Tactics misunderstood? So Stevie couldn't clarify what he wanted from the sideline?

Gilmore came on and it took him almost twenty minutes until he touched the ball. He is too small to cause anybody to worry about him. Romania had a team of tall, aggressive fit men in every position. Little wonder that they hammered the Ukraine. Slovenia were the same and they managed to defeat Belgium.

Gilmore came on and he failed to touch the ball for nearly twenty minutes. We have heard all of this hype about Gilmore since the zero zero tie against England. Running around pointing in to space and failing to make any impression wont win us games.

Serbia are not the best in the world but they could control the ball, turn, find a man, make a pass and assert themselves against England. Scotland players just seemed to be scrambling about and chasing German shadows. And they seemed to have no time on the ball when they did have it. It was embarrasising. Billy Gilmout is a bit of an outlier for us. When he gets the ball he seems to fint time for himself, make space and make a pass. Need more of and like him? Sadly, Scotland may well be viewed as the weakest team of the tourney so far.

Gilmore had sufficient time on Friday to make an impression. It took him over twenty minutes to even get one touch of the ball. All the Rangers fans are deluded by calling for him to run the show. Mctominy plays for Manu. and struggled. McGinn plays for Villa and struggled. How is a Rici Sunack sized player like Gilmore possibly going to do better.

You talk about what went wrong ,well talented players abroad are allowed to go play there game .we don't as youngsters coming thru at a young age sorry to say but coaches knock the confidence out of young lads that have ability and can run with the ball ,we are culture of pass pass pass pass pass defend fk that ,do you honestly think guys like Ronaldo as a young boy was told pass pass naww that's the fkn problem we're a nation of decent players but not brilliant as were coached in a way that doesn't allow young kids to express themselves, Wednesday ad be getting Conway up top wi twa wingers n gilmour in ffs

When I coached here in Hamilton Ontario I used to coach my players to "fail" in other words I let them try different things which often failed but at least they tried something different.

Tell Stevie Clark and the boys , they have not let anyone down , bad results can happen , Germany will go on and win this tourney ! These players beat Spain , Norway and are more than capable of winning the next 2 games ! It's a sore 1 for the players to take ,then listening to sourness who was CARRIED by a brilliant Liverpool team Keane and the bitter hate loving rngr " supporters" can't be helping them ! But they should know 20 times MORE are willing Scotland on !!! INTY THUM 💚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💛
