The top 80 athletes get to train among the best athletes and coaches in the Province. The HPC (High Performance Centre) is a 6 day training camp where athletes undergo physical training sessions as well as mental training sessions to help propel them for the next level. Each athlete is housed in on-campus residence along with daily meals throughout the week. The HPC is also used to select athletes for the Provincial Team to compete in the National Team Challenge Cup, but ultimately the camp represents One Team..Team Ontario!
