Hi, im currently working for 2years in a non profit organization. Is the median wage necessary for the application if my job is in a non profit organization? Thank you for your time to answer.

there's something that is confusing can you please help me can I apply the expression of interest without a job offer letter? and in a scenario where im abroad (not in canada), and I got a job offer?, wont it take long time until my application is selected? I mean logically the employer obviously is not going to sit and wait more then 1 month or so....can you help me out with this question plz? in other words, the Expression Of Interest and the Job Offer Letter are applied together? if so, is there a process where ill quickly be given permission to go Canada and start work until my application is done? so the employer wont have to wait for many months? and if im lets say in Canada already as a visitor, is it possible to start work as a visitor with the job offer letter in hand and waiting for the application to be processed through the PNP website?

Before 15 May 2024, the requirement of employer experience was 1 year-1560hr. I got invitation and refused because of reason saying that I don’t have experience in Same NOC for 2 year.

Hi. When you say job offer would that mean a LMIA? or its just like a letter of certification from the company- job offer letter?

Once the nomination is approved then its a non express entry PR file which can be lodged right after PNP approval

When you talk about work experience, does the job have to be of same NOC teer or same NOC code? Can a person have experience in any job in Noc Teer 2 with a different code (example worked as a software developer, now working as a Database admin)?

To meet the work experience requirement, you must have at least two years of cumulative paid full-time work experience (or the equivalent in paid part-time work) in the same occupation (same National Occupational Classification code) as your job offer.

Hi, Im currently working in India and in Express Entry Pool. How can I get my Ontario PNP. When I seek for offer letter the 1st employers ask is whether im in Canada or whether I hav Canadian experience or whether I have a PR. But if i go for PR again i need PNP or LMIA to boost my score. Please help, this is going in circles.

What if i reject a first invite because i dont have 2 years of work experience, can i again start another eoi when i complete or about to complete the 2 years of experience given i have satisfied all the other criteria?

I work remotely from my house in toronto employer is based out of Mississuga and 3 plus years old.. what kind of documents should the employer provide other than the form.. if only employer form i can somehow get , but other documents are tough

Its is true a clb english level not required but is yrue if you dont apply with over clb 7 you will be never be elegible because there are nore people with More poi ts than you dont sale false expectations

Thats misleading information but there are certain draws which comes in brackets so if you have more CRS then the bracket then ultimately your file will not be picked up but CLB is not just the only factor in your CRS

@@TheBlissful_Life Lets assume you have a job offer then we put your file in the pool and your file is picked up in the next draw then 4-8 months for PNP approval and another 6-8 months for Federal PR approval

For Foreign worker stream experience is must but if you have studied here then you may be eligible for International student stream which is without mandatory work experience requirements. Watch our other video on that stream
